Sumbangan Yusuf al-Qaradawi kepada Gerakan Dakwah di Malaysia

This article deals with the impact of shaykh yusuf al-qaradawi's thought to da'wah activists in malaysia. since his jifirst visit to malaysia in 1974, al-qaradawi has directly or indirectly influenced many da'wah activists and many of them regard al-qaradawi contemporary da'wah ideas suitable to be applied in the malaysian context. this article will explore closely the influences and impacts of shaykh yusuf al-qaradawi's teachings and ideas on da'wah movement in malaysia mainly through his books. a special attention on his concept of wasatiyyah (moderate) in da'wah activities and approaches are discussed in this paper: before dealing with his da'wah teachings and ideas, this paper highlights some important background of his life
