بررسی رابطه عزت نفس با توانمند سازی روانشناختی فرمانده‌هان نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف اصلی پژوهش بررسی رابطه عزت نفس با توانمندسازی روانشناختی فرمانده‌هان نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش در دسته پژوهش‌های همبستگی قرار می‌گیرد. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه بود، با طیف پاسخگویی لیکرت صورت گرفت که سوالات آن با توجه به متغیرهای موجود در فرضیه‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد (اسمیت و اسپرتیزر) استخراج شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل فرمانده‌هانی بود که در یگان‌های نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران مشغول انجام وظیفه می‌باشند. تعداد 384 پرسشنامه توزیع و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از آزمون آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و نرم افزار spss19 برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد که بین دو متغیر عزت نفس و توانمندسازی روانشناختی فرمانده‌هان نزاجا رابطه مثبت و معنا‌داری وجود دارد.

Assessment of relationship between selfesteem and psychological empowerment in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army commanders

Abstract Main objective of this study is to assess relationship between selfesteem and psychological empowerment of Ground Force commanders of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. By purpose, it is practical and by method it is classified as correlative. Data collected through a questionnaire with Likert response spectrum and the questions according to the variables in the theory of standard questionnaires (Smith and Spreitzer) was extracted. The population of this research includes the commanders of the Iranian army units who were engaged in the task. 384 questionnaires were distributed and used. Pearson correlation test and SPSS 19 software was used for data analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables, namely, selfesteem and psychological empowerment of Ground Force commanders of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army.
