نقش عوامل برون سازمانی در خودزنی و خودکشی کارکنان وظیفه یگان های ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

جرایم خودزنی و خودکشی در ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقایسه با ارتش‌های جهان و سایر بخش‌های جامعه چشمگیر نیست ولی چون انسان‌ها سرمایه‌های اصلی سازمان‌ها و جوامع به شمار می‌روند و با علم به اینکه حتی یک نفر هم آمار بالایی برای جامعه است بررسی علل آن ضروریست، امروزه خودکشی در جوامع بشری خطری جدی تلقی شده و در دنیا یکی از ده علت مرگ محسوب می‌گردد، به طوری‌که میزان آن روند افزایشی داشته و سازمان‌های ذی‌ربط درکشورهای مختلف درپی مهار آن می‌باشند، به همین دلیلاین مقاله برای بررسی نقش عوامل برون سازمانی در خودزنی کارکنان وظیفه یگان‌های ارتش تهیه شده است و نگارندگان تحقیق با هدف تبیین عوامل برون سازمانی خودزنی و خودکشی و ارائه راه‌کارهای مقابله با آن ضمن جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بوسیله ابزارهای میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای و تجزیه و تحلیل کمی و کیفی وضعیت موجود در یگان‌های ارتش در سال1392 مورد بررسی قرار داده‌اند. در تجزیه و تحلیل این تحقیق سعی شده است تاثیر عوامل برون سازمانی، (مشکلات اقتصادی، عوامل فرهنگی و ناهنجاری‌های روانی (افسردگی)، ناهنجاری‌های اجتماعی، مشکلات خانوادگی) که سر منشا بسیاری از اقدام به خودکشی در سطح آجا می‌باشد بررسی شود. نتیجه‌گیری کلی حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از آن است که مولفه‌های مورد  بررسی در متغیر مستقل عوامل برون سازمانی بر متغیر تابع یعنی خودزنی و خودکشی کارکنان آجا تاثیر زیادی داشته و در انتها برای شناسایی و تقلیل این جرم پیشنهادهایی ارائه گردیده است.

The role of external factors in selfmutilation and suicide in I.R.I Army soldiers

Selfmutilation and suicide statistics in the I.R.I army compared to armies in the world and other parts of the society is not significant and does not constitute a bad record. Humans are the main assets of the organizations and communities, and knowing that even one person is too much for our community and current rise of suicide in society make the issue important and it is considered one of the top ten causes of death in the world. Relevent Organization in all countries try to control it. This article aims to examine the role of external factors in suicidal acts of soldiers military units in army bases. Authors try to illuminate those causes and by information gathered by means of field and library and qualitative and quantitative analysis of the situation in military units in 1392 show some ways to reduce them in the army. In this study, we have tried to analyze the impact of external factors (economic problems, cultural factors, and abnormal psychology (depression, social disorder, family problems) which are the source of many of the suicide attempts in I.R.I Army. The overall conclusion of the study indicates that the component external factors in the independent variable on the dependent variable, selfmutilation and suicide of soldiers had a good effect and finally the corresponding suggestion for reducing crime are presented.
