تبیین علل اهمیت خلیج فارس و تنگه هرمز در امنیت ایران، با تحلیل فرایند سلسله مراتبی Ahp

خلیج فارس منطقه‌ای ژئوپولتیکی است که از زمان‌های گذشته در کشورهای جهان جایگاه والایی داشته است. تراکم کشورهای نفت‌خیز در این منطقه، اوضاع متشنج‌ و ضعف داخلی کشورهای منطقه، متکی بودن به قدرت‌های خارجی، مجاورت ژئوپولتیکی با شبه قاره هند و نیز تمایز عمده در بافت و ساختار سیاسی اقتصادی خلیج فارس از ویژگی‌های متمایز این منطقه در مقایسه با سایر مناطق ژئوپلتیکی جهان است، منطقه خلیج از زمان کشف و صدور نفت، و هم‌چنین تحولات در نظام‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و امنیتی درکانون توجه قدرت‌های جهان مبدل کرده است. موقعیت حساس و استراتژیک ایران در منطقه خاورمیانه و وجود بحران‌ها و عدم ثبات سیاسی در کشورهای مجاور و وجود چالش‌های سیاسی با همسایگان استراتژیک باعث به وجود آمدن تهدیدهایی برای امنیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌شود. ایالات متحده آمریکا بزرگ‌ترین تهدید فرامنطقه‌ای است که حوزه نفوذ آن به این منطقه حساس و استراتژیک گسترده شده است. این مقاله در تبیین علل اهمیت خلیج فارس وتنگه هرمز برای امنیت ملی ایران و آمریکا  است کهبا استفاده از روش ahp و مقایسه معیارهای موقعیت جغرافیایی، ذخایرعظیم نفت و گاز، بازارمصرف، نقش فرهنگی و ایدئولوژیکی، علل اهمیت خلیج فارس و تنگه هرمز برای امنیت ملی ایران وآمریکا تبیین می نماید.

Explaining the reasons for the importance of Persian Gulf and Hormoz strait in the security of I.R.I

The Persian Gulf is a Geopolitical region which has been of great importance since the ancient. Too many oilrich countries, the tense situation and internal weakness of states, their dependence on foreign countries, its geopolitical proximity with India, major distinction in the political – economic structure all make this region different from other geopolitical regions in the world. Persian Gulf has become the focus of attention of great powers of the world since oil was produced and because of political changes. Strategic location of Iran in the Middle East, different crisis and political instability in neighboring countries give rise to security threats. USA is the main trans regional threat which has influence on this strategic region and states. By using AHP method and comparing geographical criteria, this article tries to show the importance of Persian Gulf and Hormoz strait for the security of Iran and USA and to illuminate the reasons for its importance according to being massive oil and gas reserves, oil market, and role of cultural ideological considerations.
