کاربردهای داده‌کاوی در تصمیم‌گیری فرماندهان و مدیران نظامی

اطلاعات در نیروهای نظامی نقشی اساسی دارند بطوریکه مبنای فعالیت همه ارکان نظامی اطلاعات محسوب می‌شود، بر همین اساس جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به‌صورت مستمر و ایجاد بانک‌های اطلاعاتی برای نیروهای نظامی هر کشوری امری انکارناپذیر است. از زمان بهره‌برداری سازمان‌های مختلف از رایانه؛ یکی از کاربردهای اصلی آن ذخیره داده‌ها و اطلاعات گوناگون درون سازمانی و محیطی است. وجود پایگاه داده‌های مختلف در سازمان‌ها امکان داده‌کاوی و کشف دانش پنهان و استخراج دانش جدید را فراهم نموده است. در این مقاله با توجه به اهمیت اطلاعات در ارتش و نیروهای نظامی، جایگاه و کاربردهای داده‌کاوی تشریح گردیده است. در ادامه زمینه‌های کاربردی وسیع آن در حیطه‌های مختلف امور نظامی بیان‌شده و مقایسه تطبیقی از به‌کارگیری این دانش در ارتش‌های مدرن صورت گرفته است و درنهایت با توجه به تجزیه‌وتحلیل و نتایج حاصله از تحقیق مبنی بر ضرورت بهره‌مندی از داده‌کاوی پیشنهادهای کاربردی برای بهره‌گیری فرماندهان و مدیران عالی نیروهای نظامی کشور در تصمیم‌گیری‌های سطوح راهبردی و عملیاتی به‌عمل‌آمده است.

Applications of Data Mining in Decisionmaking of Commanders and Military Leaders

Information can play a very essential role in military forces, since all operations in military units depend on information, thus collecting information and creating databases continuously is inevitable for the armed forces of any country. Since using computers by different organizations, one of its main applications has been the storage of various types of data and information within the enterprise and its surroundings. Having different databases in organizations has enabled data mining and the discovery of implicit knowledge and has provided extraction of new knowledge. This article has described the significant position and applications of data mining in the Armed Forces, expressing its wide applications in different fields of military affairs, providing comparison of applying this knowledge in modern armies. Finally, according to the analysis conducted, the results of this research   has stressed the understanding and using of data mining for decisionmaking by military commanders and senior managers in strategic and operational levels.
