بررسی استقرار فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات آموزشی در مرکز آموزش پشتیبانی شهید امانی

هدف از این پژوهش امکان سنجی استقرار فناوری های نوین آموزشی با تاکید بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات(ict) در مرکز آموزش پشتیبانی شهید امانی نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی و از نوع زمینه‌یابی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش از دو گروه شامل مسئولین و کارکنان دانشکده‌ها و همچنین دانشجویان دوره‌های (عالی مقدماتی تخصصی ثانویه)[1] در رسته‌های مختلف می‌باشند، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه پژوهش به تعداد 300 نفر برآورد گردید. و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با طیف پاسخگویی لیکرت مرکب از چهار مولفه شرایط و امکانات زیرساختی، نیروی انسانی متخصص، منابع مالی و پشتیبانی و اقدامات فرهنگ‌سازی استفاده شده است. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفایکرانباخ 920/0 بدست آمده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون خی دو (χ2) بهره‌گیری شده است.نتایج این تحقیق در پرتو تجزیه و تحلیل نهایی نشان می‌دهد که امکان استقرار فناوری نوین آموزشی با تاکید بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات از لحاظ شرایط  و امکانات زیرساختی و نیروی انسانی متخصص و اقدامات فرهنگ‌سازی در مرکز آموزش پشتیبانی شهید امانی نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران امکان‌پذیر می‌باشد و از لحاظ منابع مالی و پشتیبانی در حد متوسط می‌باشد.

The feasibility of deploying new educational technologies, with an emphasis on information and communication technology (ICT) in Shahid Amani NEZAJA Logistics Training Center

The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of deployment of new technologies with an emphasis on information and communication technology (ICT) in Shahid Amini Logistics Training Center affiliated to the Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is descriptive survey of background finding type. The population consists of two groups of 300 officials and staff of faculties as well as 1065 students of different military courses. Using a Cochran formula, sample size was estimated to be 300 people and simple random sampling method was selected. For data collection, a researcher made questionnaire has been employed with Likert response spectrum composed of four components of infrastructure circumstances and facilities, expert human resources, funding and support, and culturebuilding measures. Using Cronbach alpha method, the questionnaire reliability coefficient was estimated to be 0.920.  To analyze the data, chisquare test (χ2) was used. The results of this study show the possibility of the deployment of new educational technologies, with an emphasis on information and communication technology and infrastructure facilities and expert labor force and culturebuilding actions in Shahid Amini Logistics Training Centre of the Ground Forces Islamic Republic of Iran is possible and in terms of funding and support is average.
