بررسی شرایط تامین جیره اضطراری در نزاجا

تغذیه صحیح و هدفمند آماد یکی از جنبه‌هاى مهم سلامت است که بر عملکرد جسمی و روحی افراد تاثیر بسیار زیادی دارد و این موضوع به ویژه در مورد نیروهای نظامی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار می‌باشد. در واقع می‌توان چنین عنوان کرد که بعد از مهمات و تسلیحات نظامی، یکی از مهم‌ترین نیازها در ماموریت‌های نظامی داشتن جیره‌های غذایی مناسب می‌باشد. توزیع جیره غذایی به‌خصوص در شرایط خاص (بحران، اضطرار، جنگ و پدافند غیرعامل) موجب تداوم ماموریت کارکنان و ایجاد امنیت تغذیه می‌شود. این مقاله به بررسی شرایط تامین جیره‌ اضطراری در نزاجا می‌پردازد که با روش توصیفی تحلیلی از طریق پرسش‌نامه و بررسی میدانی و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای انجام گردیده و جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر نفرات درگیر در یگان‌های مسئول تهیه جیره‌ها که طبق اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده 40 نفر می‌باشند انجام گردید. نتایج حاصله از این تحقیق مبین این مسئله است که ایجاد استانداردهای تغذیه و بسته‌بندی مناسب و همچنین رعایت اصول آمادی و خود کافی بودن بسته‌های غذایی در تهیه جیره‌ اضطراری به یگان‌های عملیاتی نزاجا ضروری است.

Investigating the conditions of supply of emergency rations in Nezaja

Proper and targeted nutrition is one of the important aspects of health which affects dramatically the physical and moral health of individuals, being especially important for military forces. In fact, it can be said that next to ammunition and weapons, one of the most important requirements in military missions is having proper food diets.Distribution of food rations, especially in certain circumstances (crisis, emergency, war and passive defense) helps military staff to continue their mission and develops nutrition security. This article examines the conditions of supplying emergency rations in Iran’s Army Ground Force (Nezaja). The analytical method and library studies were conducted through a questionnaire and field research. The population of the study included 40 personnel involved in units responsible for providing food rations. The results of the study indicate that the developing food standards and suitable packing and also observing principles of logistics and selfsufficiency of food parcels in the preparation of emergency rations to the Army operational units, are necessary.
