بررسی کاربردهای نظامی فناوری کلان داده و نقش آن در مدیریت صحنه نبرد

در عصر اطلاعات و ارتباطات، رشد روزافزون و نمایی تولید و تبادل داده‌های متنوع از منابع مختلف، مفهوم کلان‌‌داده را بوجود آورده است. در کشورهای صنعتی، سرمایه‌گذاری وسیعی در مورد بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌ها و برطرف نمودن چالش‌های فنی و مدیریتی این فناوری نوظهور در حال انجام است. کلان‌داده علاوه بر کاربردهای تجاری، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و علمی در تامین امنیت ملی و کاربردهای نظامی نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در مدیریت عملیات نظامی، استفاده بلادرنگ و موثر از داده‌های بیشتر و افزایش سرعت انتقال و پردازش داده‌ها، از حساسیت و جایگاه حیاتی برخوردار است. هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی کاربردهای نظامی فناوری کلان‌داده و نقش آن در مدیریت صحنه نبرد است. برای این منظور ابتدا به معرفی ویژگی‌ها، کارکردها و ابزارهای مورد استفاده در کلان‌داده پرداخته شده و در ادامه با اشاره به کاربردهای اخیر این فناوری در سازمان‌های دفاعی و امنیتی، با ارائه دو مدل مفهومی، نقش این فناوری در مدیریت صحنه نبرد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشانگر آن است که بکارگیری فناوری کلان‌داده موجب بهینه‌سازی کارایی تجهیزات، تصمیم‌گیری به موقع، هدایت نیروها و افزایش توان عملیاتی شده و برای کسب برتری نظامی در جنگهای آینده امری ضروری است. توجه به آگاه‌سازی، برنامه‌ریزی‌ و شناسایی توانمندی‌های داخلی، حمایت از شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و لزوم بومی‌سازی زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی و مراکز داده به منظور تبیین تعامل این فناوری با کاربردهای نظامی، از جمله راهکارهای پیشنهاد شده در این مقاله است.

Investigate military applications of Big Data technology and its role in the management of battlefield

In the age of information and communication, exponentially growing and diversified production and exchange of data from various sources, has created the concept of Big Data. In industrialized countries, the investment range about taking advantage of opportunities and resolve technical and management challenges this emerging technology is in progress. Big Data in addition to commercial, social, economic, scientific applications, is also taken into consideration in military applications and national security. In military operations management, realtime and effective use of data and speed up the transfer and processing of data, is sensitive and crucial position. The main objective of this paper is to investigate military applications of technology and its role in the management of Big Data battlefield. For this purpose, introduces the features, applications and tools used in Big Data is necessary. Referring to recent applications of this technology in defense and security organizations, by providing conceptual models, the role of technology in the management of battlefield is studied. The results of this study indicate that the use of Big Data technologies to optimize equipment performance, timely decision making, power steering, and increased throughput and is essential for military superiority in future wars. According to the notification, planning and identification of internal capabilities, support for knowledgebased companies and the need to localize communications infrastructure and data centers to explain the interaction of technology with military applications, including solutions proposed in this paper.
