چکیده
|
سازمان‌ها و جوامع برای توسعه و حرکت از وضع موجود به وضع مطلوب بایستی روش‌های حرکت خود را در چارچوب برنامه‌های مدون اتخاذ نمایند و در غیر این صورت هرگز قادر نخواهند بود اهداف خود را عملی نمایند. برای اتخاذ تصمیمات در هر سطحی بایستی روش فکری متناسب با آن ایجاد تا بر اساس این چارچوب تفکر، تصمیم‌های مربوطه اخذ گردد. حرکت در مسیرهای مرتبط با چشم‌اندازها، اهداف، سیاست‌ها و ارزش‌های راهبردی کلان برای سازمان‌ها بدون برنامه‌های راهبردی و بدون روش‌های مدیریت راهبردی امکان‌پذیر نیست. بدیهی است حرکت این سازمان‌ها توسط نیروی انسانی صورت می‌گیرد حال چنانچه این نیروی انسانی فاقد شناخت کافی از روش مدیریت، برنامه‌ها، اهداف، چشم‌انداز سازمان باشد، هیچ‌گاه وضع مطلوب دست‌یافتنی نخواهد بود. ایجاد تفکر راهبردی در کارکنان آجا نقش بسیار موثری در استمرار، بقاء و پیشرفت در محیط متغیر و پویای امروزی بازی می‌کند و ابزاری است که کمک می‌کند تا فرصت‌های جدید برای تعالی آجا ایجاد شود. این مقاله باهدف ارائه روشی مناسب جهت ایجاد تفکر راهبردی در کارکنان آجا و برای پاسخ‌دهی به این سوال کلی که برای ایجاد تفکر راهبردی در کارکنان آجا چگونه بایستی عمل نمود؟ ارائه‌شده است.

Abstract
|
, tranquility and protection of the fundamental values and vital interests of the nation and establishment of a social order for society. Budgeting is one of the effective factors; the importance of having a budget is like blood in the vessels, which if not accompanied by projecting the correct program and also there is no proper control on it, will cause the loss of vital resources and organization. Accordingly recognition of the damage budgeting has become duty of managers in organizations. This study evaluates the most important budgeting damage in three categories: structural, behavioral and contextual. This research is a descriptive survey. Statistical population includes all logistics staff and the simple random sampling method is used. 95 people were selected by using the limited sample size Cochran. In order to analyze the data was used KolmogorovSmirnov, ttest and f test, after the design and determine the validity and reliability of the measurement tool. According to the research, budgeting damage priorities include: 1 Structural factors 2 Behavioral factors 3 contextual factors. At the end of study offered practical suggestions
