راهبردهای تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان در‌ جنگ‌ آینده

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش تدوین راهبردهای تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان با توجه به ویژگی‌ جنگ‌های آینده است. روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع توسعه‌ای- کاربردی بوده که به روش توصیفی و با ‌رویکرد آمیخته انجام‌شده است. در این پژوهش از ابزار کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در حوزه تحقیق استفاده گردیده است یافته‌ها: پس از احصاء نقاط قوت و ضعف و شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای موثر بر تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان با توجه به ویژگی‌ جنگ‌های آینده و ایجاد ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی و خارجی (ife و efe) جایگاه و موقعیت تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان در جنگ آینده در نمودار تعیین و ارزیابی موقعیت و رویکرد راهبردی سازمان (space) در موقعیت رقابتی قرار گرفت.نتایج: این تحقیق هفت راهبرد درخصوص تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان در‌ جنگ‌ آینده را احصاء و الزامات اجرایی شدن آن‌ها را تعیین نموده است.

strategies of education and training of i.r i.a.a pilots in the field of learners and instructors in the future war

objective: the present study aims to develop strategies for thetraining and education of the islamic republic of iran army (iria)aviation pilots with respect to learners and meta-learners, takinginto account the characteristics of future warfare.methodology: this research is developmental-applied in nature and was conducted using a descriptive method with a mixed-methods approach. both library-based and field data collection tools wereemployed to gather information pertinent to the research domain.findings: following the identification of strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats affecting the training and education of iria aviation pilots in the domains of learners and meta-learners in light of the features of future warfare, and the construction of internal factor evaluation (ife) and external factor evaluation (efe) matrices, the position of pilot training and education was determined. the organizational position and strategic approach were then assessed using the strategic position and action evaluation (space) matrix to situate the training and education within a competitive context.conclusion: the study identified seven strategies related to the training and education of iria aviation pilots concerning learners and meta-learners in future warfare and delineated the necessary prerequisites for their implementation.
