شاخص‌های مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اعظم (ص) از منظر قرآن کریم و دلالت‌های آن برای جهان معاصر

هدف: امروزه موفقیت نهادها و سازمان‌ها تا حدود زیادی به کارایی و اثربخشی مدیریت وابسته است. الگوهای مدیریت که متصل به آموزه‌های وحیانی و اسلامی باشند، از اثربخشی زیادی برخوردار خواهند بود. همان‌طوری که پیامبر اکرم (ص) الگوی حسنه برای مومنان و چه‌بسا برای کلیه انسان‌ها محسوب می‌شود در بُعد نظامی هم یک الگوی مطلوب می‌باشد لیکن تاکنون شاخص‌های مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اکرم (ص) شناسایی نشده و دلالت‌های آن برای جهان معاصر تحلیل نگردید. این تحقیق به دنبال شناسایی شاخص‌های مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اعظم (ص) از منظر قرآن کریم و تشریح دلالت‌های آن برای جهان معاصر می‌باشد. روش شناسی: ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، اسنادی و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای بوده و روش پژوهش نیز توصیفی است. در راستای پرسش‌های تحقیق، برخی کتب تفسیری شیعه و اهل سنت قرآن کریم موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد شاخص‌های قرآنی مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اکرم (ص) شامل: انگیزه الهی جهاد؛ ترغیب به جهاد؛ رعایت عدالت و مساوات؛ حضور میدانی در جنگ‌ها و صحنه‌های نبرد؛ صبوری؛ پایداری و مقاومت؛ ساده زیستی و معاشرت؛ نظم، انضباط و نظارت؛ ذکر و عبادت است. نتیجه‌گیری: درنتیجه، قرآن مجید برخی از شاخص‌های مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اکرم (ص) را ترسیم نموده است که قابل بهره‌گیری در ابعاد مختلف مدیریتی در جهان به‌ویژه در جوامع اسلامی است. در صورت شناسایی شاخص‌های مدیریت نظامی وحیانی و الهی و تشریح دلالت‌های آن در جهان معاصر، سازمان‌های نیروهای مسلح می‌توانند نقش و ماموریت‌های خود را به‌صورت مطلوب ایفا نمایند. به‌طورکلی، اعمال مدیریت نظامی الهی باعث موفقیت در انجام ماموریت‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری سازمانی نیروهای مسلح می‌شود.

the components of the prophet muhammad’s (pbuh) military leadership from the perspective of the holy qur’an and its implications for the contemporary world

objective: just as the prophet muhammad (peace be upon him) is regarded as a perfect exemplar for the faithful—and arguably for all of humanity—he also serves as an exemplary model in the domain of military leadership. however, the specific components of the prophet’s military leadership have yet to be systematically identified, nor have their implications for the modern world been thoroughly analyzed. this study aims to identify the key components of the prophet muhammad’s (pbuh) military leadership as presented in the qur’an and to articulatetheir relevance to contemporary global contexts.methodology: this study employed a documentary and library basedresearch method, utilizing descriptive analysis. in line with the research questions, selected exegetical texts (tafsir) from both shi'a and sunni traditions were examined to extract relevant insights from the qur’anic discourse.findings: the findings reveal that the qur’anic components of the prophet’s military leadership include: divine motivation for engaging injihad; encouragement toward jihad; adherence to justice and equality; personal presence on the battlefield; patience; perseverance and steadfastness; modest living and social interaction; discipline, order, andoversight; and remembrance of god and acts of worship.conclusion: the holy qur’an delineates certain elements of the prophet muhammad’s (pbuh) military leadership that can be utilized across various domains of management, particularly within islamic societies.identifying and interpreting the divinely inspired principles of military leadership for contemporary application enables armed forces organizations to more effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
