طراحی مدل آموزش از دور نظام آموزشی دانشگاه فرماندهی و ستاد ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف: طراحی مدل آموزش از دور نظام آموزشی دانشگاه فرماندهی و ستاد ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به‌منظور فراهم‌آوردن محیط‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی برای دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی این دانشگاه که مبتنی بر رویکرد کیفی صورت‌گرفته است. روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، استادان دافوس آجا ، خبرگان و متخصصان آموزش از دور هستند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها علاوه بر بررسی متون و اسناد از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شده است. جهت احصاء ابعاد و مولفه‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا با 20 نفر از استادان این دانشگاه، خبرگان و متخصصان آموزش از دور به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند مصاحبه صورت پذیرفته است. این مولفه‌ها در قالب مدل آموزش از دور نظام آموزشی دافوس آجا تدوین شده است. به‌منظور تحلیل اطلاعات گردآوری‌شده حاصل از داده‌های مصاحبه‌ها از روش کدگذاری برگرفته از تحلیل محتوا استفاده گردیده است. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از منطق تحلیل کیفی و مقوله‌بندی اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: نشان داد که مدل آموزش از دور نظام آموزشی دافوس آجا از 10 مولفه اصلی، 26 مولفه فرعی و 165 زیرشاخه تشکیل شده است.نتایج: هر کدام از این مولفه‌ها دربرگیرنده گویه‌های مشخصی هستند که در نظام آموزش از دور این دانشگاه می‌تواند مبنای عمل قرار گیرند.

designing the education model from the educational system of the command university and the headquarters of the islamic republic of iran army

objective: to develop an educational model from theeducational system of the army command and commanduniversity of the islamic republic of iran to provide graduateswith an electronic learning environment. this university is basedon a qualitative approach.method: this study aims to: be practical and is by its nature a survey type description. the statistical community of this study, professors dafos aja, are experts and specialists in distance learning. in addition to reviewing texts and documents, a semistructured interview was used to collect data. to calculate the dimensions and components using the content analysis method, interviews were conducted with 20 professors of this university, experts in the field of distance learning and specialists in the form of a targeted sample. these components have been brought together in the form of the distance learning model of the dafos aja education system. a coding method derived from content analysis was used to analyze the information collected from the interview data. qualitative analysis and the information categorization logic of maxqda software were used to analyze the data.findings: it was shown that the distance learning model of the dafos aja education system consists of 10 main elements, 26 sub-components and 165 sub-branches.conclusion: each of these components contains specificelements that can form the basis for activities in the distancelearning system of this university.
