الگوپردازی دکترین نظامی‌ بر پایۀ آموزه‌های نهج‌البلاغه

هدف: یکی از غنی‌ترین منابع شناخت دینی در حوزه دفاع نهج‌البلاغه است که حاوی تدابیر و رهنمودهای امام علی (ع) در این خصوص است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی، استخراج، تلفیق محتوایی و الگوپردازی این آموزه‌ها در قالب دکترین نظامی انجام شده است.روش‎شناسی: این پژوهش در قالب پارادایم تفسیرگرایی و با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. منابع اطلاعاتی آن شامل آموزه‌های نظامی نهج‌البلاغه است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با کمک ابزار شبکه مضامین تحلیل و گزارش شده‌اند.یافته‌ها: آموزه‌های شناسایی‌شده در قالب مقوله‌های اصلی دهگانه‌ای تلفیق شده‌اند که عبارت‌اند از: شایستگی‌های اعتقادی، شایستگی‌های ارزشی، شایستگی‌های اخلاقی، قابلیت‌‌های شخصیتی، قابلیت‌‌های شناختی، قابلیت‌‌های هیجانی، آموزه‌‌های رفتار نظامی، آیین رزم، ماموریت ‎گرایی الهی و قرب و رضای الهی. ارتباط میان این مقوله‌ها نیز در قالب الگویی چندسطحی ارائه شده است.نتیجه‌گیری: ماهیت انسان‌مدارانه، اخلاق‌گرایانه و ارزش‌محورانه سازمان‌های دفاعی در جوامع اسلامی وجه تمایز بارز آن‌ها به شمار می‌رود که بر دکترین نظامی آن‌ها در هر سه سطح تاثیرگذار است. الگوی ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش می‌تواند به شناخت بهتر ماموریت، اخلاق حرفه‌ای نظامی‌گری، شایستگی‌های موردنیاز نظامیان و سبک فرماندهی در سازمان‌های دفاعی جوامع اسلامی یاری رساند.

modeling the military doctrine based on the teachings ofnahj al-balagha

objective: one of the richest sources of religious knowledge in the field of defense is nahj al-balagha, which contains the strategies and guidance of imam ali (a.s.) on this subject. this study aims to identify, extract, integrate the content, and model these teachings within the framework of a military doctrine.methodology: this research is conducted within the interpretivist paradigm, adopting a qualitative approach and utilizing thematic analysis. the data sources include the military teachings of nahj al-balagha, which were selected through purposeful sampling and analyzed using a network of themes as the primary tool.findings: the identified teachings were integrated into ten main categories, which include: belief competencies, value competencies, moral competencies, personality capabilities, cognitive capabilities, emotional capabilities, military behavior teachings, martial arts, divine mission orientation, and seeking proximity and divine satisfaction. the interconnections among these categories were also presented in the form of a multi-level model.conclusion: the human-centered, ethics-oriented, and value-driven nature of defense organizations in islamic societies is a distinct feature that influences their military doctrine at all three levels. the model presented in this study can contribute to a better understanding of the mission, professional ethics of military service, required competencies for military personnel, and leadership styles in defense organizations within islamic societies.
