تاثیر مولفه‌های سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل بر قدرت نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه مولفه‌های سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل (فرماندهی، ارتباط و اطلاعات) با قدرت نظامی ج. ا. ا، پرداخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان پایور شاغل به خدمت و بازنشسته در تخصص‌ها و گرایش‌های مرتبط با سامانه‌های فرماندهی و کنترل در سطح ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. نظر به این‌که حجم جامعه آماری با اعمال ضریبی به جهت طبقه‌بندی برابر با 400 نفر بود، لذا با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، حجم جامعه نمونه 252 نفر محاسبه گردید. نوع پژوهش، کاربردی و روش انجام آن همبستگی بوده که برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری به‌صورت توصیفی و استنباطی بهره‌گیری به‌عمل‌آمده است. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه خودساخته استفاده گردیده و پایایی سوالات پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش تنصیف، عدد 88% محاسبه گردید. آزمون فرض پژوهش در سطح خطای پنج درصد (0.05=α) نشان ‌داد که بین تک‌تک مولفه‌های سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل باقدرت نظامی نیروهای مسلح ج. ا. ا رابطه مستقیم و معنی‌داری وجود دارد.

the effect of command and control system components on the military power of the islamic republic of iran

the present study investigates the relationship between the components of the command and control system (command, communication and information) with the military power of the islamic republic of iran. the statistical population of the study includes all payvar employees employed and retired in specialties and trends related to command and control systems at the level of the army of the islamic republic of iran and the islamic revolutionary guard corps. considering that the volume of the statistical population was equal to 400 people by applying a coefficient for classification, so using the cochran’s formula, the size of the sample population was calculated to be 252 people. the type of research is applied and the method of doing it is correlation, which is used for descriptive and inferential statistical analysis to analyze the data. a self-made questionnaire was used to collect data and the reliability of the questionnaire questions was calculated 88% using the halving method. the test of research hypothesis at the level of five percent error (α = 0.05) showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the components of the command and control system with the military power of the armed forces of the islamic republic of iran.
