هدف: دستیابی به راهبردها و راهکارهای مقابله با تهدیدات فرانو نظامی امنیتی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تاکید بر رهنمودهای امامین انقلابروش: توصیفی – تحلیلی و ترکیبی (کیفی کمی) با رویکرد اکتشافی که برای انجام آن علاوه بر استفاده از مطالعه اسنادی و مصاحبه ساختارمند با خبرگان از ابزار پرسشنامه 5 گزینه‌ای طیف لیکرت شامل 82 شاخص استفاده‌شده و جامعه آماری شامل 40 نفر می‌باشد که پس از آزمون‌های روایی و پایایی با استفاده از تکنیک سوات پردازش‌شده است.یافته‌ها: در قالب راهبردها و راهکارهای تدوین‌شده در دو بعد قدرت افزایی و قدرت سازی جهت رسیدن به قدرت برتر در منطقه موردتوجه قرارداد.نتیجه‌گیری: در بعد قدرت افزایی اگر نوعی موازنه در حوزه منطقه‌ای به‌موازات تاثیرگذاری بر معادلات نظامی امنیتی از طریق بهره‌برداری از موقعیت راهبردی، ایجاد و بهره‌گیری از قدرت نهضت‌های آزادی‌بخش انجام دهد در آن شرایط بسیاری از مخاطره‌ها و تهدیدات منطقه‌ای ایران کاهش می‌یابد. در بعد قدرت‌سپاری راهبردهای تدوین‌شده با مدنظر قرار دادن دفاع همه‌جانبه بر موارد ذیل تاکید دارد: تکیه‌بر اقتدار فرماندهی معظم کل قوا (مدظله‌العالی)، تقویت انسجام درونی در کلیه سطوح، خوداتکایی در تمام زمینه‌ها با جهش تولید، تکیه‌بر بسیج مردمی، شناسایی و مقابله با تهدیدات فرانو و ایجاد زیرساخت‌های لازم برای مقابله با آن‌ها و توجه به دفاع همه‌جانبه می‌باشد.

objective: to achieve strategies and solutions to deal with paramilitary security threats in the islamic republic of iran by emphasizing the guidelines of the imams of the revolution.method: descriptive analytical and combined (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory approach, in addition to document study and structured interviews with experts, a 5 option likert scale questionnaire including 82 indicators was used and the statistical population included 40 people, after validity and reliability tests have been processed using the swat technique.findings: in the form of strategies and solutions developed in the two dimensions of power enhancement and power building in order to achieve superior power in the region concerned by the contract.conclusion: in terms of increasing power, if some kind of balance in the regional sphere is done in parallel with influencing the military and security equations by exploiting the strategic position, creating and taking advantage of the power of liberation movements, then many regional risks and threats of iran will be reduced. in the aspect of empowerment, the strategies developed by considering all round defense emphasize the following: relying on the authority of the supreme commander in chief, strengthening internal cohesion at all levels, self reliance in all fields with a jump in production, relying on popular mobilization, identifying and confronting threats. farano and creating the necessary infrastructure to deal with them and pay attention to all round defense
