تاثیر تهدیدهای سلفی گری در عراق بر امنیت نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ارائه راهبرد مناسب

ﻳﻜﻲ از مهم‌ترین رویدادهای فکری در ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳﻼم ﻇﻬﻮر اﻧﺪﻳﺸﻪ سلفی‌گری اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﺟﺮﻳﺎن به‌عنوان ﻳﻚ ﻧﻈﺎم (اﻋﺘﻘﺎدی، ﻣﺬﻫﺒﻲ) ﻫﻮﻳﺘﻲ ﺧﺎص دارد، ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ دوﻗﻄﺒﻲ ﻛﺮدن ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳﻼم می‌تواند ﺿﻤﻦ ﻣﺨﺪوش ﻛﺮدن وﺣﺪت اﺳﻼﻣﻲ، ﺛﺒﺎت ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ اﺳﻼﻣﻲ را ﺑﺮﻫﻢ زده و از اﻳﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ اﻣﻨﻴﺖ ﻛﺸﻮرﻫﺎی اﺳﻼﻣﻲ را ﺑﺎ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ‌کند. در این میان، عراق با موقعیت حساس و وابستگی‌های متقابل با جمهوری اسلامی ایران، یکی از معدود کشورهایی است که از بدو شکل‌گیری ایدة سلفی و سلفی‌گری درگیر آن بوده است.ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ به‌دست‌آمده وﺿﻌﻴﺖ اﻳﺮان در ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ جریان‌های ﺗﻜﻔﻴﺮی در حالت تهاجمی خفیف بوده و نشان‌می‌دهدکه؛ نیاز به حداکثر استفاده از فرصت‌های محیطی و با اتکا به نقاط قوت برای مقابله با تهدیدات سلفی و بهبود وضعیت فعلی اقدام نماید. این تحقیق باهدف دستیابی به راهبردهای مقابله با تاثیر تهدیدهای سلفی‌گری در عراق بر امنیت نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام‌شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی انجام‌شده است.مولفه‌های تاثیر تهدیدهای سلفی‌گری در عراق بر امنیت نظامی ایران پس از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای تدوین و در مورد تایید آن از خبرگان امر، نظرخواهی گردیده و مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها مورد ارزیابی واقع‌شده است. سپس به‌منظور بررسی وضعیت موجود و اهمیت آن‌ها پرسش‌نامه تنظیم و بین افراد جامعه توزیع و داده‌های موردنیاز جمع‌آوری گردیده است که در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل و بررسی قرارگرفته و در ادامه با استفاده از روش سوآت راهبردها تعیین و درنهایت با استفاده از روش تاپ سیس این راهبردها اولویت‌بندی شده است. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده وضعیت ایران در مواجهه با جریان های تکفیری در حالت تهاجمی خفیف بوده و نشان می دهد که؛ نیاز به حداکثر استفاده از فرصت های محیطی و با اتکا به نقاط قوت برای مقابله با تهدیدات سلفی و بهبود وضعیت فعلی اقدام نماید

the effect of threats of salafism in iraq on the military security of the islamic republic of iran and providing a suitable strategy

abstract one of the most important factors of sedition in the islamic world is the emergence of salafist thought. this current, as a system (belief and religion), has a special identity that, by polarizing the islamic world, while distorting islamic unity, can upset the stability and balance of islamic societies and thus the security of islamic countries by faces a challenge. iraq with its sensitive and geoplotical of position of deep interdependencies with iran. according to the results, the situation of the islamic republic of iran in the face of takfiri currents in a state of aggression is mild and shows that; it is necessary to take maximum advantage of environmental opportunities and rely on strengths to deal with emerging environmental threats and improve the current state of regional defense performance. this study aims to achieve strategies to deal with the impact of salafism threats in iraq on the military security of the islamic republic of iran. the present study is an application developmental and descriptive method. components of the impact of salafism threats in iraq on military security, after studying the library and compiled for approval by experts, the components and indicators have been evaluated. then, in order to evaluate the current situation and their importance, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the members of the community and the required data were collected. the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics section were analyzed and then using the swot method. strategies are determined and finally prioritized using topsis method.
