ارزشیابی آموزش علمی اثربخش بر مبنای نتایج الگوی مدیریت کیفیت بنیاد اروپایی (یک مطالعه موردی)

در دنیای پرتلاطم و رقابتی امروز، سازمان‌ها به دنبال دستیابی به حداکثر نتایج و در پی آن تحقق اهداف خود با کمترین هزینه هستند؛ آنچه در مفهوم، اثربخشی نامیده می‌شود. از این رو این مطالعه به دنبال ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش در یک دانشگاه افسری بر مبنای نتایج الگوی مدیریت کیفیت بنیاد اروپایی است. برای این منظور در این مقاله، سه حوزه الگوی مدیریت کیفیت بنیاد اروپایی در بخش نتایج (فراورده، برونداد و پیامد) مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در مطالعه‌ای‌ که از نظر هدف توسعه‌ای - کاربردی و از نظر روش، پیمایشی- توصیفی است، شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، ابزار پرسشنامه است. بر همین اساس تعداد 541 پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته که هر یک با توجه به مولفه‌های مذکور در نظامنامه ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران طراحی گردیده و روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب توسط خبرگان و آلفای کرونباخ به تایید رسیده، به تفکیک بین 2 نوع کاربر (روسای گروه‌های آموزشی و فرماندهان صف و ستاد یگان‌های سراسر کشور) به صورت تمام‌شمار توزیع شد و در بخشی دیگر نمرات 10 درس منتخب تمامی دانشجویان سال سوم مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. مجموع امتیاز گویه‌های مربوط به هر حوزه مندرج در پرسشنامه‌ها، مبین وضعیت مطلوب برای حوزه برونداد و پیامد بود. برخلاف حوزه فراورده که دارای وضعیت نامطلوب بود. بی‌تردید آگاهی از وضعیت این سه حوزه‌ به عنوان ارکان اساسی آموزشی و یک الگوی استاندارد جهانی، باعث آگاهی نظام آموزشی و مسئولان مربوطه از نقاط ضعف و قوت خواهد شد؛ آنچه که شرط لازم یک حرکت رو به جلو خواهد بود.

evaluation of the effective academic education based on results of the efqm model

nowadays , organizations are looking to achieve maximum results at the lowest cost; what is called effectiveness in the concept. therefore, this study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of training in an officer’s university based on the results of the european foundation’s quality management model. for this purpose, three areas of quality management model of the european foundation in the results section (product, output and outcome) have been considered. in this developmental-applied study, the method of data collection is a questionnaire tool. accordingly, 541 researcher-made questionnaires were conducted, .its validity and reliability were confirmed by experts and cronbach’s alpha, respectively. the user (heads of departments and commanders of units and headquarters of units across the country) was distributed in full and in the other part, the scores of 10 courses selected by all third year students were used. the total score of the items related to each domain in the questionnaires indicated the desired status for the output and outcome domain. unlike the product area, which had an unfavorable situation. undoubtedly, awareness of the status of these three areas as basic elements of education and a global standard model, will make the education system and relevant officials aware of the strengths and weaknesses; what is necessary is a move forward.
