تبیین رابطه بین انعطاف‌پذیری و عملکرد افسران کنترل شکاری در شبکه یکپارچه پدافند هوایی

در سال‌‌های اخیر، انعطاف‌‌پذیری به عنوان رویکرد مناسبی برای  تامین حیات سازمان‌‌ها، در مواجهه با تغییرات محیطی مطرح گردیده است. شبکه یکپارچه پدافند هوایی از جمله ساختارهایی است که به‌واسطه ماهیت انجام ماموریت، با صحنه نبرد غیرقابل پیش‌بینی روبرو می‌باشد. در این ساختار که افسران کنترل شکاری، نقش اساسی را در مدیریت صحنه نبرد ایفاء می‌نمایند، برای سازگاری با چنین محیطی، ناچار به پذیرش انواع انعطاف‌پذیری هستند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تبیین رابطه بین انعطاف‌‌پذیری و عملکرد افسران کنترل شکاری در شبکه یکپارچه پدافند هوایی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، کلیه افسران کنترل شکاری هستند که در مراکز عملیاتی شبکه یکپارچه پدافند هوایی اعم از مرکز عملیات دفاع هوایی، مراکز عملیات منطقه‌‌ای و مراکز کنترل و گزارش با مشاغل و مسولیت‌‌های مختلف حضور داشته‌‌ و با ضریب خاصی 300 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. جامعه نمونه نیز (168نفر)، به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌‌ای و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعیین گردید. نوع پژوهش، کاربردی و روش انجام آن، توصیفی- استنباطی با رویکرد آمیخته است. برای گردآوری داده‏ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد که شامل چهار بخش انعطاف‌پذیری وظیفه‌ای، انعطاف‌پذیری رفتاری، انعطاف‌پذیری مهارتی و عملکرد افسران کنترل شکاری بود. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از محاسبه مقدار آلفای کرونباخ و همچنین محاسبه مقدار پایایی ترکیبی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی رابطه بین متغیرهای انعطاف‌پذیری و عملکرد افسران کنترل شکاری از تجزیه و تحلیل مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین انعطاف‌پذیری و عملکرد افسران کنترل شکاری در شبکه یکپارچه پدافند هوایی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

relationship between flexibility and performance of fighter control officers in an integrated air defense network

an integrated air defense network is one of the structures that, due to the nature of the mission, faces an unpredictable battle scene. in this structure, where fighter control officers play a key role in managing the battlefield, they have to accept all kinds of flexibility to adapt to such an environment. the purpose of this study is to determine the type of relationship between flexibility and performance of fighter control officers in the integrated air defense network. the statistical population of this study is all fighter control officers who are present in the operational centers of the integrated air defense network, including air defense operations center, regional operations centers, and control and reporting centers with different jobs and responsibilities, and with a specific coefficient of 300 is considered. the sample population (168 people) was determined by stratified random sampling. the type of research is applied and the method of doing it is descriptive-inferential with a mixed approach. a standard questionnaire was used to collect data, which included four sections of task flexibility, behavioral flexibility, skill flexibility and performance of hunting control officers. the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by calculating the cronbach’s alpha value and also calculating the combined reliability value. structural equation modeling analysis has been used to investigate the relationship between flexibility variables and the performance of hunting control officers. the results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between flexibility and performance of fighter control officers in the integrated air defense network.
