تحلیل تناسب کاربری های استراتژیک اراضی درون شهری با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل (مورد مطالعه: تیپ مستقل 216 مکانیزه-زرهی ارتش)

امروزه اهمیت پدافند غیرعامل به‌ویژه مکان‌یابی، با رعایت ملاحظات دفاعی بیش از گذشته محسوس است. قرار گرفتن مراکز نظامی و پادگان‌ها در داخل بافت شهری هم‌زمان با گسترش افقی شهرها، مشکلات عدیده ای را در ماموریت های محوله پادگان و کاهش کارایی آن به وجود آورده که این امر به‌خودی‌خود تهدیدی جدی در ایفای صحیح ماموریت ها محسوب می شود. در همین راستا مطالعات مکان گزینی به‌عنوان یکی از الزامات پدافند غیرعامل در جهت انتخاب نقطه ای با ضریب امنیت مکانی بالا از عناصر کلیدی در موفقیت و بقای این مراکز مطرح است. با توجه به قرارگیری تیپ مستقل 216 مکانیزهزرهی در محدوده شهری زنجان و لزوم انتقال آن در برنامه های توسعه تدوین شده، این پژوهش به دنبال یافتن مکانی مناسب و بهینه برای این پادگان نظامی در شهرستان زنجان است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی است که در آن با به‌کارگیری سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی و مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی اقدام به جمع آوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات شده و پس از تعیین معیارهای موثر در مکان‌یابی در محیط gis پهنه های مناسب برای ایجاد پادگان، مشخص و در نهایت با استفاده از روش خطی وزن داده شده، 6 منطقه مناسب به‌عنوان بهترین نقاط برای جانمایی پادگان تعیین شد.

Analysis of the Suitability of Strategic Land Uses within the City with a Passive Defense Approach

Today, the importance of passive defense, especially location, is more apparent than ever. The location of military bases and barracks within the urban context, along with the horizontal expansion of cities, has created many problems in the missions assigned to the barracks and reduced its efficiency, which poses a serious threat to the proper execution of missions. In this regard, location selection studies as one of the requirements of passive defense in order to select a point with a high coefficient of spatial security is one of the key elements in the success and survival of these centers. Considering the location of the 216th MechanizedArmored Independent Brigade in the urban area of ​​Zanjan and the need to transfer it to development programs, this study seeks to find a suitable and optimal location for this military barracks in Zanjan. The present study is descriptiveanalytical; Using geographic information system and hierarchical analysis model, the necessary information was collected and analyzed. After determining the effective criteria for location in the GIS environment, suitable zones for creating a garrison were determined, and finally, using the weighted linear method, 6 suitable areas were determined as the best points for locating the garrison.
