ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش در دانشگاه افسری امام علی (ع) بر اساس الگوی Efqm (با تمرکز بر 5 حوزه توانمندساز)

این مطالعه با هدف ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش در دانشگاه افسری امام علی (ع) بر اساس الگوی efqm با تمرکز بر 5 حوزه توانمندساز انجام شد. نوع پژوهش توسعه‌ای کاربردی و روش آن، پیمایشی توصیفی است؛ تعداد 943 پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته که با توجه به مولفه‌های مذکور در نظامنامه سیستم ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران طراحی، و روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب توسط خبرگان و آلفای کرونباخ به تایید رسید، به تفکیک بین 5 نوع کاربر (استادان، رئیسان گروه‌های آموزشی، کارکنان علمی-پژوهشی و فرماندهان یگان‌های عملیاتی) به‌صورت تمام‌شمار و (دانشجویان) تصادفی توزیع شد. مجموع امتیاز گویه‌های مربوط به هر حوزه و مندرج در پرسشنامه‌ها مبین وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب برای 5 حوزه توانمندساز الگوی efqm (فرماندهی و مدیریت، استادان، دانشجویان، برنامه و فرایند یاددهی-یادگیری) بود. بی‌تردید آگاهی از وضعیت حوزه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه از طریق یک الگوی استاندارد جهانی، به آگاهی سازمان از نقاط قوت و ضعف خود و حرکت در مسیر پیشبرد اهداف، کمک شایانی خواهد کرد. بازنگری در برخی اصول و شیوه‌های اجرا در سازمان ارتش به‌واسطه قدمت آن، بیش از دیگر ارگان‌ها لازم و ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Evaluation of Effectiveness of Education in Imam Ali Military University based on the European Foundation for Quality Management Model (EFQM)(Focusing on 5 Enablers)

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of education in Imam Ali Military University based on the European Foundation for Quality Management Model (EFQM). This study in terms of purpose was developmentalapplied; its method was descriptivesurvey and its data collection method was through questionnaire. In this way, 943 researchermade questionnaires, each of which has been compiled with regard to the components in the Regulations for evaluating the effectiveness of the education of the Armed Forces of the I.R. of Iran, distributed among 5 types of users (professors, students, heads of departments, scientificresearch staff and operational unit commanders) randomly. The validity and reliability have been confirmed by experts and Cronbach’s alpha, respectively. The total score of each of the aforementioned areas indicated the relatively favorable situation for the 5 enablers area of the EFQM model (command and management, professors, students, program, teachinglearning process) and the output in result area; The outcome in the results area was also in a good situation. However, the students’ grades and the average of 10 of their selected courses showed that the situation in the field of products is unfavorable. These results show that relatively favorable areas will be able to achieve the desired situation in the short and medium term if targeted. But on the other hand, the product area is on a more difficult path and needs serious attention. In the meantime, several solutions can be facilitated to achieve the goals.
