عوامل موثر بر بهبود کیفیت آموزش دانش آموزان فرماندهی آموزش تخصص های دریایی باقرالعلوم (ع) نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

این پژوهش کاربردی، به روش توصیفی، با رویکرد آمیخته و با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر بهبود کیفیت آموزش دانش آموزان مرکز آموزش تخصص‌های دریایی باقرالعلوم(ع) نیروی دریایی راهبردی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، تعداد 318 نفر از خبرگان در امر تربیت و آموزش، فرماندهان و کلیه درجه‌داران با درجه ناو استوار یکمی به بالا بود که با استفاده از جدول آلفای کرونباخ و مورگان، حجم نمونه 174 نفر تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل: امکانات آموزشی، متون آموزشی، برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و ویژگی‌های اساتید بر بهبود کیفیت آموزش دانش آموزان این فرماندهی موثرند.

Factors affecting the quality of education of students of the Baqer alUloom Marine Training Center of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

This applied research was conducted in a descriptive method with a mixed approach and with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of education of students of the Baqer alUloom (AS) Naval Training Center of the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population of the study was 318 experts in the field of training and education, commanders and all noncommissioned officers. The results showed that the factors: educational facilities, educational texts, educational planning and characteristics of teachers are effective in improving the quality of education of students of this command.
