نقش منابع آشکار اطلاعاتی در جنگ های آینده

به‌کارگیری وسیع اطلاعات یکی از ویژگی‌های جنگ‌های آینده است. اطلاعات می‌تواند از منابع گوناگونی حاصل شود؛ با توجه به اینکه بیش از 80 درصد داده‌های پردازش‌شده توسط سرویس‌های اطلاعاتی متکی به منابع آشکار است، داده‌ها و اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده توسط دشمن از طریق منابع آشکار، می‌تواند به‌طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم بر امنیت ملی یک کشور تاثیر بگذارد؛ بنابراین این پژوهش کاربردی با روش همبستگی و با هدف تبیین میزان تاثیر منابع آشکار اطلاعاتی در جنگ‌های آینده انجام شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مطالعه منابع، با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار پی ال اس انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که منابع آشکار و متغیرهای تبیین‌کننده آن، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر جنگ‌های آینده دارند؛ به‌گونه‌ای که حدود 40 درصد از جنگ‌های آینده را متغیرهای موردبررسی، تبیین می‌کنند. همچنین مشخص شد بین منابع آشکار و هر سه مولفه‌ی آن (رسانه‌ها و وسایل ارتباطی، مطالب نوشتاری و چاپی و فضای مجازی) و همچنین جنگ‌های آینده و دو مولفه آن (ویژگی‌های جنگ آینده و ویژگی‌های محیط امنیتی آینده) رابطه‌ی معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد.

The Impact of Opensource intelligence on Future Wars

Extensive use of information is a feature of future wars. Information can come from a variety of sources; Given that more than 80% of the data processed by intelligence services relies on Opensource intelligence, the data and information collected by the enemy through Opensource intelligence can directly or indirectly affect a country’s national security; Therefore, this applied research was conducted by correlation method with the aim of explaining the impact of Opensource intelligence sources in future wars. Analysis of data obtained from the study of sources was performed using structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach and using PLS software. The results showed that the Opensource intelligence sources and the variables that explain it have a positive and significant effect on future wars; In a way that about 40% of future wars are explained by the variables under consideration. It was also found that there is a significant and positive relationship between Opensource intelligence sources and all three components (media, texts and cyberspace) as well as future wars and their two components (characteristics of future wars and characteristics of future security environment).
