الگوی مقوم‌سازی معماری دفاعی امنیتی(الزامات و زیرساخت‌ها) در نیل به دفاع همه‌جانبه

دفاع ‌همه‌جانبه یکی از مهم‌ترین عناصر بقاء یک کشور است؛ برای نیل به دفاع همه‌جانبه و تحکیم معماری دفاعی امنیتی بایستی از ابزارها، محرک‌ها و مقوم‌هایی بهره گرفت که جدای از نقش راهبردی، به سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های حرکت به این سمت، شتاب و غنا بخشیده و ارتباط مستحکم و جامعی فراهم سازد. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد آمیخته با حجم نمونه‌ی هدفمند قضاوتی 32 نفر به‌منظور ارائه‌ی الگوی مفهومیِ مقوم‌سازی معماری دفاعی امنیتی با نگاه دفاع همه‌جانبه انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش پس از تحلیل الزامات و زیرساخت‌های معماری دفاعی امنیتی،  با موردتوجه قرار دادن ضرورت بومی‌سازی چارچوب‌های موجود، ضرورت توجه به لایه‌های زیرساخت، فرایندی، ذینفعان و محیطی که دربردارنده‌ی ارکان‌ جهت‌ساز، سیاست‌گذاری‌های راهبردی و اجرایی، برنامه‌های کلان، بازیگران باشد و دستیابی به زبان مشترک بین متولیان، مسئولان و مدیران سطوح عالی سازمان‌های لشکری و کشوری به‌صورت یک الگو ترسیم شد. این الگو، یک راه‌حل جامع است که برای پشتیبانی از اهداف معماری دفاعی امنیتی نیروهای مسلح در کمک به متولیان و مسئولان می‌تواند از اهلیت علمی مناسبی برخوردار باشد.

Security Defense Architecture Reinforcement Model (Requirements and Infrastructure) in Achieving Comprehensive Defense

Defense is one of the most important elements of a country’s survival. In order to achieve comprehensive defense and strengthen security defense architecture, tools, incentives and components should be used that, apart from the strategic role, accelerate policies and programs to move in this direction, and provide a strong and comprehensive relationship. The Architectural Reinforcement Model, with a view to the requirements and infrastructures of security defense, is a comprehensive solution used to support the goals of the security defense architecture of the armed forces. This paper, by presenting the conceptual model of strengthening security defense architecture by looking at comprehensive defense and to get the main question of this article, What is the model of strengthening security defense architecture (requirements and infrastructures) in achieving comprehensive defense ? With a mixed approach and quantitative and qualitative method and with the benefit of data collection method; Libraries and fields and their tools have been collected and used to collect data.The present article is practical in terms of purpose and type (purposefully judging, 32 people). Findings in the article; After analyzing the requirements and infrastructures of security defense architecture, we draw a pattern in the form of an article and the necessity of localization of existing frameworks, the need to pay attention to the layers of infrastructure, process, stakeholders and operating strategies, programs and activities. In the common language between the trustees, officials and managers, the high levels of military and national organizations have been considered.
