چگونگی توانمند سازی بازرسان فنی هوانیروز ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف این پژوهش تبیین چگونگی توانمندسازی بازرسین فنی هوانیروز ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. جامعه آماری، تعداد 90 نفر از فرماندهان، مدیران و کارکنان هوانیروز آجا است که با هوانیروز آجا آشنایی کامل داشته و از سنوات خدمتی بالایی برخوردارند. از مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای به‌عنوان ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل کیفی با استفاده از مطالعه اسناد و مدارک و نظرات صاحب نظران انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد 74% افراد جامعه نمونه (اکثریت مطلق) معتقدند که در حوزه ارزیابی عملکرد، مولفه‌‌های ارزیابی عوامل سازمانی و فردی می تواند بر توانمندسازی بازرسین فنی هوانیروز در حد خیلی زیاد و زیاد تاثیرگذار باشد و فقط 26% افراد تاثیر آن را در حد متوسط و کم می دانند. همچنین 79% افراد جامعه نمونه معتقدند که در حوزه رفتار فردی، مولفه های نگرش و انگیزش‌ می توانند بر توانمندسازی بازرسین فنی هوانیروز در حد خیلی زیاد و زیاد تاثیرگذار باشند و فقط 21% افراد تاثیر آن را در حد متوسط و کم می دانند.

How to Empower the Technical Inspectors of Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation (IRIAA)

This paper aims to identify the process of empowering the technical inspectors of the Islamic Republic of Iran army aviation (IRIAA). The statistical population of this paper includes 90 commanders, managers and the staff of army aviation who know army aviation well and are wellexperienced. This article has used the interview, questionnaire and library studies as a tool for collecting data. This article has attempted to answer this question of how we can empower army aviation technical inspectors in both measuring their activities and behavior by implementing scientific research in empowering manpower. The result of this research shows that if we want to use the maximum power of existing flight equipment in army aviation with a high level of safety, we need capable manpower in army aviation especially in inspecting and quality control sections. So, we can perform our mission pretty safely and desirable by the appropriate use of this efficient and safe equipment in different situations. In the end, this article has presented some useful tips for reaching this goal.
