آسیب شناسی خدمت وظیفه در ارتقاء انسجام اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

این تحقیق کاربردی، با هدف شناخت آسیب های خدمت وظیفه در ارتقاء انسجام اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به صورت یک مطالعه توصیفی و با رویکرد آمیخته انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل صاحب‌نظران مسائل نظامی در داخل و خارج آجا با حداقل 15 سال سابقه کار در امور فرماندهی، و کارکنان وظیفه نیروهای چهارگانه آجا با حداقل یک سال سابقه خدمت است. با استفاده از جدول مورگان حجم نمونه صاحب نظران 59 نفر، و حجم نمونه کارکنان وظیفه 384 نفر تعیین شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، آزمون تی استیودنت و آزمون پیرسون استفاده شد و درپایان مهم ترین آسیب های ساختار سازمانی خدمت وظیفه از جمله عدم توجه به دوره سربازی به عنوان کارگاه مدیریت منابع انسانی کشور برای شناسایی سلامت، توانمندی ها، مهارت ها و عدم تناسب الگوی فعلی خدمت سربازی با شرایط کشور، عدم تثبیت در قانون خدمت وظیفه و یا تعدد قانون مربوط به خدمت وظیفه عمومی و موارد دیگر احصا شد.

Pathology of conscription in promoting the social cohesion of the Islamic Republic of Iran

This research was conducted as a descriptive study with a mixed approach with the aim of identifying the harms of conscription in promoting the social cohesion of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population includes military experts inside and outside AJA with at least 15 years of experience in command and AJA quadruple personnel with at least one year of service. Using the Morgan table, the sample size of experts was 59 and the sample size of duty staff was 384. In analyzing the data, the KolmogorovSmirnov test, Student ttest, and Pearson test were used. Health, abilities, skills, and the incompatibility of the current model of military service with the conditions of the country, lack of consolidation in the law of military service, or the multiplicity of the law related to public service and other cases were counted.
