تاثیر عملکرد سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی ارتش ج.ا ایران بر صورت‌بندی باورهای دفاعی کارکنان ارتش ج.ا ایران

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تبیین تاثیر عملکرد سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی بر باورهای دفاعی کارکنان ارتش ج.ا.ا انجام شده است. نوع پژوهش، توصیفی و موردی زمینه‌ای است و برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از روش های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و ابزارهای اسناد و مدارک، مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه موردمطالعه این تحقیق ارتش ج.ا.ایران و جامعه آماری آن، صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان حوزه فرهنگی و مدیریتی در ارتش ج.ا.ا ایران است. تعداد جامعه آماری 250 نفر برآورد شد و تعداد جامعه نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 150 نفر تعیین شد. روایی پرسشنامه به روش صوری و با تایید متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرون باخ (0.872) تایید شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا و در بخش کمی با آمارهای استنباطی انجام شد. یافته‌ها و نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد سازمان عقیدتی سیاسی با تقویت انگیزه دینی کارکنان، ‌موجب تقویت ایمان و اعتقادات دینیاسلامی شده و بر باورهای دفاعی کارکنان ارتش ج.ا.ا تاثیرگذار است.

The Impact of the Performance of the Political Ideological Organization of the I.R Army on the Formation of the Defense Beliefs of the Staff of the I.R Army

Defense beliefs are the basis for achieving scientific, cultural, economic, political, and military readiness against religious suspicions, intellectual and cultural attacks, and the views of the enemy and the defense of religion and society. To improve performance in defense organizations, promoting defensive beliefs can play a key and effective role. This study was conducted to explain the effect of the performance of the Political Ideological Organization on the defensive beliefs of Iranian Army personnel. In this research, a descriptive and casebycase method has been used, and to collect data, library and field methods and document tools, interviews with experts and questionnaires have been used. The study population of this study is the Iranian Army and its statistical population is experts and specialists in the field of culture and management in the army. The statistical population was 250 and the number of the sample population was determined using Cochran’s formula of 150 people. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by the formal method and with the approval of experts and its reliability using Cronbach’s alpha method (872.0). Data analysis was performed in the qualitative section by the content analysis method and in the quantitative section by inferential statistics. The findings show that the performance of the politicalideological organization strengthens the religious motivation of the staff, strengthens the faith and religiousIslamic beliefs, and affects the defensive beliefs of the army staff.
