عملکرد مرکز بازسازی و بهینه‌سازی یا علی (ع) هوانیروز در ارتقاء آمادگی رزمی آجا

کاربرد مرکز بازسازی و بهینه‌سازی یا علی (ع) هوانیروز در سامانه نگهداری هوانیروز، با عنایت به تنگناهای اقتصادی موجود می‌تواند نقش مهم و اثرگذاری در ارتقاء آمادگی رزم آجا داشته باشد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی متغیرهای نحوه آموزش کارکنان فنی، وسایل و تجهیزات و محیط کاری مناسب بر ارتقاء آمادگی رزمی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شده است. جامعه آماری،140 نفر از کلیه صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان فنی مرکز بازسازی و بهینه سازی یاعلی(ع) هوانیروز با حداقل مدرک کارشناسی و 16 سال تجربه در حوزه‌های یادشده هستند. از مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای به‌عنوان ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد.نتایج حاصلنشان داد که نحوه عملکرد (آموزش کارکنان، کیفیت و کمیت تجهیزات، شرایط محیط کاری) در مرکز بازسازی و بهینه سازی یاعلی(ع) می تواند آمادگی رزمی آجا را ارتقاء بخشد. همچنین بیشترین اولویت را متغیر آموزش کارکنان دارد و متغیرهای کیفیت و کمیت تجهیزات و شرایط محیط کاری به ترتیب در رتبه های پایین‌تری در ارزش‌گذاری‌های مخاطبان قرارگرفت.

Performance of the Reconstruction and Optimization Center of Havanirouz YaAli (as) in enhancing the combat readiness of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The study entitled the functions of Army Aviation (hereafter called HAVANIRUZ) Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center in enhancing AJA combat readiness, aimed to investigate the variables of technical personnel training, equipment and tools, and the proper working environment effective on AJA combat redlines. Given the economic constraints, the role of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center in HAVANIRUZ maintenance system would be significant in enhancing AJA combat readiness. Regarding the aims of the study, it is an applied and case/descriptive one. The statistical population consisted of 140 experts and technical specialists of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center with at least Bachelor Degree and 16 years of experience in the aforementioned fields. Interviews, questionnaires and library studies were used as a data collection tools. Through a scientific method in the area of the functions of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center, this study sought ways to result in enhancing AJA combat readiness. According to the findings of the study, the use of the variables including technical personnel training, equipment and tools, and the proper work environment would have significant impact on enhancing AJA combat readiness. The findings confirmed that the functions of HAVANIRUZ Ya Ali Reconstruction and Optimization Center can enhance AJA combat readiness.
