ارتقاء توان رزمی گردان های زمین به هوای قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم‌الانبیاء (ص) ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف این تحقیق، تبیین چگونگی ارتقای توان رزمی گردان های زمین به هوای قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم‌الانبیاء (ص) است. داده‌های موردنیاز از دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی گردآوری و پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از روش تنصیف 88% به‌دست‌آمده و برای اطمینان از معناداری پاسخ جامعه آماری، از آزمون خی‌دو در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد و خطای 0.05 بهره گرفته‌شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل افسران ارشد، معاونین و روسای دوایر و فرماندهان گردان های زمین به هوا به تعداد 300 نفر و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 158 نفر محاسبه گردیده است. نتیجه تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین آموزش میدانی، متحرک سازی جنگ افزارهای پدافندی، آماد رسانی و به کارگیری نیروی انسانی با ارتقای توان رزمی رابطه ای با سطح معنی داری 0.05 وجود داشته و این عوامل موجب ارتقای توان رزمی گردان های زمین به هوای قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم‎الانبیاء (ص) می گردند.
