روند تکاملی جنگ و جنگ ترکیبی (از منظرفرماندهی و کنترل)

امروزه جنگ ترکیبی به‌عنوان مفهومی نوین در ادبیات نظامی و راهبردی موردتوجه اندیشمندان قرار گرفته و تحقیقات زیادی در خصوص نقش فرماندهی و کنترل (c4i) در جنگ ترکیبی در حال انجام است. بنابراین تبیین مبانی، اصول، ویژگی‌ها و اهداف جنگ‌های ترکیبی و نوع فرماندهی و کنترل آن‌ها (هدف تحقیق) به‌عنوان مصادیق جنگ‌های آینده (از حیث اهمیت و ضرورت) از الزاماتی است که می‌تواند در سیاست‌گذاری کلان نظامی در اولویت قرار گیرد. این مقاله با رویکرد شناخت‌شناسانه، ویژگی نسل‌های جنگ از منظر فرماندهی و کنترل را مورد بررسی قرار داده و به این نتیجه می‌رسد که جنگ ترکیبی شکل پیچیده و پیشرفته‌ای از جنگ در ابعاد ملی است که به دلیل وجود تهدیدات نوین و پیچیدگی ماهیت آن‌ها، شناخت چگونگی عملکرد فرماندهی و کنترل در سطوح مختلف و راه‌کارهای پیاده‌سازی آن در این حوزه‌ها امری ضروری تلقی می­شود و به همین دلیل است که راهبری و هدایت منابع تحت این شرایط نیاز به فرماندهی و کنترل در سطح ملی دارد.

The Evolutionary methods of war and Hybrid warfare(From the Command and Control view)

With the growing of various technologies, traditional warfare has gradually become a fullfledged war in which economic, biological, technical, demographic, and so on capacities are under unified management, command and control. Evolutionary theories of the war have one common thing; they study and consider the role of command in the evolution of warfare through a developmental process based on milestones in the history of human civilization. As the complexities of today’s world make phenomena complex and multifaceted, so too is war because of its fundamental nature and character, and today’s hybrid warfare has become the focus of scholars on the role of C4I in modern military and strategic literature. The researches are ongoing. Therefore, explaining the basics, principles, characteristics, and objectives of the hybrid warfare and their type of command and control (the purpose of the research) as instances of future wars (in terms of importance and necessity) is one of the requirements that can be prioritized in major military policy. This paper, with an ontological approach, examines the characteristics of generations of war from the command’s point of view, and concludes that combined warfare is a sophisticated and sophisticated form of warfare on a national scale due to new threats and the complexity of their nature; Command and control at various levels and strategies for implementing them in these areas is essential and that is why the management and guidance of resources under these conditions requires command and control at the national level.
