چگونگی همکاری‌های نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با کشورهای همسایه دریای خزر در تامین امنیت خطوط کشتیرانی

تامین امنیت خطوط کشتیرانی یکی از وظایف نیروی دریای هر کشور است که ممکن است در قالب همکاری نظامی بین کشور­های دریایی انجام ­شود. هدف از این تحقیق تبیین همکاری جمهوری اسلامی ایران با کشورهای همسایه دریای خزر در تامین امنیت خطوط کشتیرانی در حوزه‌های ایجاد ساختار امنیت جمعی، مبارزه با تروریسم و تعاملات نظامی عملی است. داده‌های این پژوهش در دو سطح کیفی و کمی تحلیل گردید؛ تحلیل کیفی با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک و مصاحبه با 8 نفر از صاحب‌نظران نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شد و با توجه به نتایج حاصله، پرسشنامه تهیه و بین 51 نفر از افسران ارشد منطقه چهارم نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران توزیع گردید. برای تعیین میزان اهمیت همکاری­های نظامی ایران با کشورهای همسایه دریای خزر از روش تحلیل رتبه­بندی فریدمن استفاده ‌شد و چون فرضیه­ای برای این پژوهش در نظر گرفته نشده بود اهداف تحقیق مورد بررسی و درنهایت موردپذیرش قرار گرفت. در پایان مشخص گردید همکاری­های نظامی در سه حوزه تعاملات دریایی، ایجاد ساختار امنیت جمعی و مبارزه با تروریسم می­تواند در تامین امنیت خطوط کشتیرانی در دریای خزر حائز اهمیت باشد.
