عوامل موثر بر توانایی افسران گردان‌های پدافند هوایی نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪی اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ می‌تواند در ﺟﻬﺖ نیازمندی‌ها و جهت‌گیری‌های راﻫﺒﺮدی سازمان‌ها و ﺑﺎ به‌کارگیری ﺗﺪاﺑﯿﺮ و ﺗﻤﻬﯿﺪات ﻻزم ﺷﺮاﯾﻄﯽ را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﮐﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ شایستگی‌ها و اﺳﺘﻌﺪادﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮه ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻓﻌﻠﯿﺖ ﯾﺎﺑﻨﺪ و در ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﻖ هدف‌ها و اﺟﺮای برنامه‌های سازمان‌ها ﺑﮑﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. امروزه طبق فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری پدافند در اولویت است و بایستی به یگان‌های پدافند هوائی توجه ویژه شود؛ لذا با علم بر اهمیت نقش توانمندسازی افسران در این امر، این تحقیق باهدف کلی تبیین عوامل موثر بر توانائی افسران گردان‌های پدافند هوائی نیروی زمینی ارتش ج.ا.ا انجام‌شده است. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی است که به روش آمیخته انجام ‌شده و جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل افسران گردان‌های پدافند هوائی می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری داده پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته است. فرضیه‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار spss و آزمون تحلیل همبستگی کای 2 مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد عوامل فردی (سطح تحصیلات، کانون کنترل، احساس عزت‌نفس، سبک مدیریت)، عوامل گروهی (اثربخشی گروه، اهمیت گروه، اعتماد درون‌گروهی، ادراک افراد گروه نسبت به تاثیرشان بر مدیران) و عوامل سازمانی (ابهام در نقش، دسترسی به منابع، جایگاه فرد در سلسله‌مراتب سازمانی، حیطه کنترل) بر توانایی افسران گردان‌های پدافند هوائی نیروی زمینی تاثیر بسیار زیادی دارد.

Factors Affecting the Abilities of Air Defense Battalion OfficersThe Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Forces

Development of human resources is a process that can provide the conditions for the needs and strategic orientations of organizations and by applying the necessary measures and measures that will activate the competences and potential of human resources, and then serve the achievement of the goals and implement the programs of the organizations. Today, according to the orders of the Supreme Leader, defense is a priority , air defense units should be given special attention, so the empowerment of officers is of particular importance. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of explaining the factors affecting the ability of officers of the Army Ground Force Army Air Defense Battalions. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of aerial combat battalion officers on the basis of a hybrid approach. The data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. The hypothesis test was analyzed using SPSS software and ki2 correlation test. The results showed that individual factors such as level of education, control center, selfesteem, management style on the ability of the Army Ground Force air defense battalion officers have great influence, group factors, group effectiveness, group’s importance, intrapersonal trust, group perception of their influence on managers on the ability of officers The Air Force air defense battalions have a lot of influence. Organizational factors Ambiguity in the role, access to resources, place of person in the organizational hierarchy has a significant influence on the ability of officers of the Ground Force air defense battalions.
