روابط امنیتی - استراتژیکی عربستان سعودی و ایالات متحده آمریکا با تاکید بر تاثیر تحولات خاورمیانه در روابط دو کشور

عربستان سعودی به علت برخورداری از منابع عظیم نفتی و موقعیت فرهنگی بالقوه ای که در بین کشورهای عربی دارد، یکی از تاثیرگذارترین کشورهای خاورمیانه محسوب می شود. به همین جهت این کشور برای آمریکا نیز از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. حجم عظیمی از درآمدهای نفتی این کشور صرف خرید تجهیزات وتسلیحات مدرن از آمریکا گردیده که پیامد آن ایجاد همکاری های نظامی و روابط امنیتی گسترده بوده است. با وجود برخوردار بودن دو کشور از منافع حاصل از همکاری نزدیک در طول چند دهه، این دو کشور در بسیاری موارد در سطوح مختلف سیاسی، ایدئولوژیکی و فرهنگی دارای اختلافات عمیق می باشند. موضوع قدرت افزایی ایران و قدرت گرفتن شیعیان در منطقه و همچنین برخی مخالفت های داخلی، تاثیر قابل توجهی در سوق دادن عربستان به سمت آمریکا داشته است. اگر چه اخیراً و پس از توافق نامه هسته ای ایران و 1+5، عربستان سعی در ارائه یا حداقل نمایش سیاست مستقل داشته و حتی به بررسی گزینه های دیگری به جز آمریکا به عنوان متحد خود پرداخته است، ولی به نظر می رسد این اقدامات در کوتاه مدت تاثیر قابل توجهی در سطح روابط سعودی ها با آمریکا نخواهد داشت. در این پژوهش سعی شده است با بررسی روابط امنیتی واستراتژیکی عربستان سعودی و ایالات متحده آمریکا با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، قابلیت و تاثیر این روابط را در تامین و تداوم اهداف امنیتی دو کشور مشخص نماییم. ما ابتدا سعی می کنیم تعریفی از امنیت ارائه دهیم. سپس به تشریح دیدگاه تئوریک جهت تبیین موضوع می پردازیم، پس از آن به توصیف روابط دو کشور با اشاره به تحولات خاورمیانه و در پایان به نتیجه گیری اقدام خواهیم ورزید.

Security & Strategic Relationship Dominant Between Saudi Arabia & United States of America (The influence of Middle East Oriented Changes Governed the Diplomacy of both countries)

Saudi Arabia & United endowed with a lot of oil resources and potential cultural status quo operated among the Arabic countries ,thereby that country counted as one of cutting edge player in the Middle East scene, consequently it plays crucial role in view point of USA as a partner, meanwhile  the extensive range of petrodollars earned to be allocated to the modern armament and military equipment procurement via USA, thus that outcomes brought about close and comprehensive military and security cooperation but both countries suffer from a gap due to political , ideological and cultural challenges in spite of eminent interests arisen by their close relationships within the last few decades as well. The scenario of Iran hegemony and Shiite dominancy in the region including some domestic oppositions it pushes Saudi Arabia to the flank of USA , on the contrary the nuclear agreement concluded between Iran and 5+1 negotiators , the case forced Saudi Arabia to assume independent policy as a gist , it means that country reviews other alternatives to retain as an ally with exclusion of the USA ,but it seems that strategy may hardly distort the course of relationship with the USA & Saudi Arabia for the short period. The current paper studies the security & strategic relationship between Saudi Arabia & United States of America by application descriptive – analytic methodology in order to define the agility and influence of concerning relationship to reinforce and sustain the security objectives of the both countries , initially the paper stresses to provide a definition of security term ,then to focus on the theoretical perspectives so as to develop the issue ,indeed it define the relationship of both countries by demonstration of the Middle East Changes, finally to reach mainly a logic conclusion.
