   improvement of technology for purification of circulating water used in formation pressure maintenance systems of oil fields

چکیده    The reduction of productivity coefficient of hydrocarbon mineral deposits, the development of which is at a late stage, determines the extensive implementation of measures to intensify oil production,. the most common of which is the organization of formation pressure maintenance (fpm) systems in oil fields. the task of improving the technology for the purification of circulating water for fpm systems, injected into productive formations, from emulsified oil and particles of mechanical impurities remains urgent. the solution to this problem is primarily related to the use of effective methods of water purification and high-performance filtration equipment in domestic production. the low efficiency of the purification of water entering fpm systems and subsequently injected into wells results in a deterioration in the filtration properties of rocks in the bottom-hole zone due to their clogging. therefore, the intake capacity of injection wells is significantly reduced.to raise the intake capacity of injection wells to previous levels by restoring the permeability of reservoir rocks, a complex of very costly geological and technical measures is required. the purpose of the work is to compare traditional and new promising technologies of recycled water treatment used in oil fields: water sedimentation, centrifugation, and the use of filters. the main results are that the use of cascade filtration systems, which include coalescing units with oleophobic filtering materials, allows the most efficient purification of recycled water from emulsified oil, and the use of fine filters with filter elements made of materials based on polypropylene provides separation of solid mechanical impurities larger than 5 microns.experimental studies of recycled water purification from emulsified oil using oleophobic loading bulk material in the form of ore filter granules are also given in the results.the design of the laboratory stand for carrying out research is described, and parameters of model liquids used for testing of filters are given. in conclusion, the dependence of the change in the content of emulsified oil in the liquid treated on the flow rate of the liquid passing through the filter material is obtained. the main conclusions are the examples of the complexes of measurement, filtration, and distribution of recycled water &brif& produced by jsc &novomet-perm& and the description of technical solutions to automate the process of treatment of recycled water of rpm systems from fine particles of mechanical impurities.
