اولویت بندی اقدامات آبخیزداری در حوزه آبخیز با استفاده از روش topsis(مطالعه موردی: زیدشت- طالقان)

امروزه حوزه های آبخیز به عنوان محور برنامه ریزی جهت توسعه پایدار در بسیاری از مباحث مدیریتی مطرح شده است. ارزیابی توان اکولوژیکی حوزه های آبخیز و رتبه بندی آنها با توجه به معیارهای مختلف اکولوژیکی جهت اقدامات آبخیزداری، یکی از موارد مهم در برنامه ریزی و مدیریت جامع حوزه های آبخیز می باشد. از آنجایی که هزینه طرح های آبخیزداری سنگین و بودجه پروژه های عمرانی نیز محدود می باشد، لذا ضرورت دارد که اقدامات بر اساس اولویت وضعیت حوزه های آبخیز صورت بگیرد. در این رابطه تکنیک های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره راهکار مناسبی برای حل این گونه مسائل است. در واقع با استفاده از این تکنیک ها و با توجه به معیارهای مختلف تصمیم گیری، می توان بهترین گزینه یا گزینه ها را از بین گزینه های موجود تصمیم گیری انتخاب و اجرایی نمود. در این مطالعه روش تاپسیس که یکی از معروف ترین روش های تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه است برای حوزه زیدشت طالقان استفاده شد. در این تحقیق ده شاخص حفاظت خاک، فرسایش و رسوب، تنوع گونه ای، کلاس سنی، ترکیب گیاهی، گیاهان سمی، تولید علوفه، ظرفیت چرا، کمیت آب، تبخیر و تعرق اندازه گیری شدند و سپس جهت اولویت بندی اقدامات آبخیزداری با توجه به شاخص ها از روش تاپسیس استفاده شد. با توجه به روش تاپسیس و شاخص های ده گانه در نظر گرفته شده و استفاده از نزدیکی نسبی به راه حل ایده آل (c) به ترتیب زیرحوزه های d1,dint1,dint2,d2 با مقادیر 0.6855، 0.5869، 0.46 و 0.2398 جهت اقدامات آبخیزداری اولویت بندی شدند.

Prioritizing of Watershed Management Planning using TOPSIS Method in the Watershed (Case Study: Zydasht-Taleghan)

Today, as the focus of watershed planning and management for sustainable development in many of the issues. Ecological watersheds can be evaluated and ranked them according to various ecological criteria for the watershed, one of the important steps in the planning and management of watersheds. Since the cost of watershed management projects and heavy construction project budget is limited, it is necessary that measures should be based on priorities in the watershed. A multicriteria decision making technique in this approach is suitable for solving such problems. The use of these techniques with respect to various criteria decision making, it is the best option or options to select from available options and decisions to be implemented. In this study, TOPSIS method as the most popular methods of multicriteria decision making has been used in watershed Zydasht Taleghan. Ten indicators of soil conservation, erosion and sedimentation, species, age class, species composition, poisonous plants, forage production, grazing capacity, quantity of water, evaporation and transpiration were measured and used TOPSIS method the criteria for prioritizing actions Watershed. The TOPSIS method and the ten indices were considered and used as technique for Order Preference in terms of similarity to ideal solution, D1, Dint1, Dint2, and D2 subbasins in Zydasht of Taleghan were prioritized for the watershed planning, respectively.
