عوامل انگیزشی موثر بر مشارکت کشاورزان در عملیات کشت پلکانی اراضی کشاورزی در حوزه آبخیز چهل چای استان گلستان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل انگیزشی موثر بر مشارکت کشاورزان در عملیات کشت پلکانی در اراضی کشاورزی حوزه آبخیز چهل چای در استان گلستان انجام شد. تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری کلیه کشاورزان مشارکت کننده در عملیات کشت پلکانی در حوزه آبخیز چهل چای استان گلستان به تعداد 75 نفر بودند که 62 نفر از آنان به شیوه تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود که اعتبار (روایی) آن با نظر چند تن از متخصصان حفاظت خاک و ترویج کشاورزی مورد تایید قرار گرفت و برای پایایی آن از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شدکه مقدار آن 0.81به دست آمد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد مهم ترین انگیزاننده های کشاورزان برای مشارکت در اجرای عملیات کشت پلکانی، همکاری با سایر کشاورزان اجرا کننده عملیات، تشویق سایر کشاورزان و انجام عملیات توسط همسایگان مجاور مزرعه بوده است. همچنین نتایج نشان دهنده تاثیر بیشتر انگیزاننده های فردی اجتماعی برای مشارکت کشاورزان در اجرای عملیات کشت پلکانی در مزارع بوده است. ارائه توصیه های فنی از طریق سرکشی کارشناسان به مزارع و منابع ارتباطی به خصوص رادیو و تلویزیون از جمله پیشنهادهای این مطالعه در راستای تداوم مشارکت کشاورزان در اجرای عملیات کشت پلکانی بوده است.

An Investigation of Motivation Factors Affecting on Farmer’s Participation in Terrace Cropping Operations in Agricultural Land Case Study: Chehel-Chai Watershed, Golestan Province

This study investigated motivation factors affecting on farmer rsquos participation in terrace cropping operations in agricultural land in ChehelChai watershed in Golestan province. Research method was descriptive and t he statistical population of the study consisted 75 farmers participated in terrace cropping operations in agricultural land in ChehelChai watershed in Golestan province. Using systematic random sampling, 62 of them were chosen. Information was gathered through a questionnaire and its face validity was confirmed by experts of soil conservation and agricultural extension. The reliability analysis was conducted with completing 30 questionnaires outside the geographic research region and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.81. Data were analyzed using SPSSwin16 software. The results showed most important motivators for farmer rsquos participation in terrace cropping operations in agricultural land were cooperate with other farmers implementer operations, encourage other farmers and perform the operations by neighbors adjacent farm. Also the results showed a greater impact of individualsocial motivators for farmer rsquos participation in implementation of terrace cropping operations in farms. This study has proposed attention to interpersonal relationship between farmers and offering technical advice by visiting experts to farms and communication resources especially radio and television in order to continue participating farmers in implementation of terrace cropping operations.
