تحلیل فقهی کاشت ناخن در پرتو حکم عاجز کردن اختیاری برای وضواز دیدگاه مذاهب اسلامی

زمینه و هدف: در حال حاضر، کاشت ناخن مصنوعی به صنعتی بزرگ و مرسوم در میان جوامع تبدیل شده است؛ با این وجود هنوز ابهامات زیادی درخصوص حکم آن وجود دارد که نیازمند مطالعه جامع از زوایای مختلف است. تاثیر کاشت ناخن بر شرایط طهارت، به ویژه در زمینه ایجاد مانع برای نفوذ آب به اعضای مورد نیاز برای وضو، ازجمله موضوعات مهم مورد بررسی است؛ لذا پرسش این تحقیق آن است که با توجه به مانع بودن کاشت ناخن برای طهارت، چه حکمی برای این عمل وضع شده است. به عبارت دیگر، عاجز کردن اختیاری از وضو چه حکمی دارد؟ این مقاله به هدف پاسخ به سوال فوق نوشته شده است. یکی از مسائل مورد اختلاف فقهی مذاهب، عاجز کردن اختیاری برای وضوست که استقرا و ارزیابی دلایل موافقان و مخالفان می تواند زمینه را برای فهم حکم کاشت ناخن فراهم آورد.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی از نوع تحلیل محتوا سعی دارد با واکاوی دیدگاه های فقهای اسلامی نسبت به جواز یا عدم جواز عاجز کردن اختیاری برای وضو بپردازد تا در پرتو آن حکم کاشت ناخن روشن شود.نتیجه گیری: وضو به عنوان شرط برای نماز در نظر گرفته شده است و افراد نباید به صورت عمدی و با اختیار خود، خویشتن را در وضعیتی قرار دهند که از انجام وضو عاجز باشند. در این راستا، ناخن مصنوعی به دلیل ایجاد مانع برای رسیدن آب به اعضای وضو، صحت وضو را مختل می کند؛ و از آنجایی که وضو مقدمه نماز است و بین مقدمه و ذی المقدمه ملازمه وجود دارد. درنتیجه کاشت ناخن به دلیل مانع بودن آن برای وضو مطلقاً (قبل از دخول وقت نماز یا پس از آن) حرام است.

jurisprudential analysis of nail planting in the light of the ruling on disable voluntary for ablution from the perspective of islamic religions

background and aim: currently, nail planting has become a large and popular industry among communities; but there are many uncertainties regarding its ruling, which requires a comprehensive study from different aspects. the effect of nail planting on the conditions of purity, especially in the field of creating an obstacle for water to penetrate into the members of ablution, is among the important issues investigated. so the question of this research is that considering the fact that nail planting is an obstacle for purity, what ruling has been established for this act? in other words, what is the ruling on voluntary disable for ablution? this article aims to answer the above question. one of the disputed issues in the jurisprudence of different religions is to voluntary disable for ablution, which induction and evaluation of the pros and cons’ reasons can provide the basis for understanding the ruling on nails planting. materials and methods: the present research, using a descriptive-analytical method of content analysis, tries to analyze the views of islamic jurists regarding the permissibility or impermissibility of voluntary disable for ablution in order to clarify the ruling of nail planting in the light of it. conclusion: ablution is considered as one of the conditions for prayer and people should not deliberately and voluntarily put themselves in a situation where they are unable to perform ablution. in this regard, artificial nails disturb the validity of ablution, because it creates an obstacle for water penetrate into the members of ablution and since ablution is prerequisite for prayer and there is a necessary connection between the prerequisite and the consequent, as a result, nail planting is absolutely forbidden (before or after entering the time of prayer).
