دانش و نگرش حکیمان مسلمان درباره سقط جنین؛ نمونه موردی بررسی آرای‏ ابن‏ ربَّن‏ طبرى، محمد بن زکریا رازى‏، بلدی، ابن سینا، جرجانی

زمینه و هدف: سقط جنین یکی از موارد خاص پزشکی است که از گذشته تاکنون پزشکان در پی ردیابی علل و عوامل رخ داد این حادثه برای مادر و جنین می‌باشند. شاید بتوان گفت تنها بیماری که مادر و جنین را به صورت مشترک و بدین‌گونه همزمان درگیر می‌کند، سقط است. مطالعات حاکی از آن است که مادر، جنین و نیز رویداد خارجی از عوامل تاثیرگذار در سقط جنین به شمار می‌روند. در حقیقت تا قبل از پیشرفت‌های امروز بشر دلایلی را به صورت مشترک برای این رخداد در نظر گرفته است. عواملی که شاید برخی از آن‌ها برای مادران و جنین‌های دیگر نیز پیش می‌آمد، اما چنین اثر مخربی را بر آن‌ها نمی‌گذاشت. اهمیت سقط جنین را همچنین می‌توان در رویکرد مذهبی ادیان مختلف که تحقیقات گسترده‌ای درباره شرایط و چگونگی آن صورت گرفته است، یافت. پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد با بررسی گزینشی منابع پزشکی در تمدن اسلامی علاوه بر تبیین و تحلیل دانش و نگرش حکیمان مسلمان درباره سقط جنین، دستورالعمل، تجویز و روش‌های درمانی پزشکان را به منظور جلوگیری از این پیشامد مورد مطالعه و واکاوی قرار دهد.روش: نوشتار پیش رو با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی و با تکیه بر روش کتابخانه‌ای، گردآوری داده‌های تاریخی از متون دست اول پزشکی صورت گرفته است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در مطالعه پیش رو، جنبه‌های اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: مطالعات نشانگر آن است که پزشکان مسلمان بخش قابل توجهی از متون تولیدی خود را به موضوع بیماری‌های زنان و بارداری اختصاص داده‌اند. مبحث سقط به سبب اهمیت آن از موضوعات شاخص در حوزه پزشکی زنان بوده است که پزشکان در تحقیقات طبی خود به انواع سقط، علل و شرایط آن و روش‌های درمانی محافظت از جنین اشاره کرده‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: سقط جنین، یکی از موضوعات مهم در متون پزشکی مسلمانان است. انواع سقط، علل آن، روش‌های پیشگیری و درمان و تجویز انواع داروهای کاربردی و سقط درمانی از نکات مهمی است که مورد توجه و مطالعه قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع در پزشکی نوین می‌توان از نظرات و آرای پزشکان مسلمان در این حوزه بهره برد.

background and aim: abortion is one of the special cases of medicine that since the past until now,physicians are trying to trace the causes and factors of this incident for the mother and the fetus. it maybesaid that the only disease that affects the mother and the fetus simultaneously is abortion. studies indicatethat the mother, the fetus and external events are influential factors in abortion. in fact, before these daysprogress, human being has considered common reasons for this event. factors that maybe some of themhappened to other mothers and fetuses as well, but did not leave such a destructive effect on them. theimportance of abortion can also be found in the religious approach of different religions, which has beenextensively researched about its conditions and methods. the following article tries to selectively examinemedical sources in islamic civilization, in addition to explaining and analyzing the knowledge and attitudeof muslim sages about abortion, the following article tries to study and analyze the instructions,prescriptions and treatment methods of doctors in order to prevent.methods: the present article has been compiled with a descriptive-analytical approach and based on the librarymethod, collecting historical data from first-hand medical texts.ethical considerations: in the present study, the ethical aspects of library study including originality of texts,honesty and fidelity have been observed.results: studies show that muslim physicians have devoted a significant part of their production texts tothe topic of women's diseases and pregnancy. due to its importance, the issue of abortion has been one ofthe key issues in the field of women's medicine, where doctors have pointed out the types of abortion, itscauses and conditions and treatment methods to protect the fetus in their medical research.conclusion: abortion is one of the important topics in muslim medical texts. types of abortion, its causes,methods of prevention and treatment and prescription of various practical drugs and abortion therapy areimportant points that have been attentioned and studied. considering the importance of this topic in modernmedicine, we can use the opinions of muslim doctors in this field.
