مولفه‌های موثر در نامگذاری داروهای مرکب در سه کتاب قرابادین صالحی، قرابادین کبیر و قرابادین اعظم

زمینه و هدف: نام داروهای مرکب در طب ایرانی، گرچه از الگوی واحدی پیروی نمی‌کنند و تفاوت‌های ظاهراً فراوانی با هم دارند، اما در عمل از مولفه‌های مشابهی ساخته شده‌اند. علیرغم اهمیت این موضوع، پژوهش مستقلی پیرامون آن وجود ندارد و همین امر ضرورت انجام این مطالعه را آشکار می‌سازد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد مولفه‌های موثر در نامگذاری داروهای مرکب را گردآوری و بررسی نماید.روش: این پژوهش از نوع گذشته‌نگر و کمّی است که با روش تحلیل محتوا، مهم‌ترین مشخصه‌های نامگذاری داروهای مرکب در سه کتاب قرابادین صالحی، قرابادین کبیر و قرابادین اعظم استخراج و دسته‌بندی شده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: تمام اصول اخلاقی از جمله اصالت نسخه‌ها و حقوق معنوی نویسندگان پذیرفته و سپس در مطالعه حاضر منعکس گردید.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هشت مولفه مهم در نامگذاری داروها دخیل هستند که از آن میان، مولفه‌های دسته دارویی، نام مفرده و نام اشخاصی که دارو به آن‌ها نسبت داده شده، بیشتر از بقیه کاربرد دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: تعدد الگوهای نامگذاری داروهای مرکب که منجر به تشتت فراوان در نام داروها شده است، نیازمند توجه و ساماندهی جدی است.

background and aim: although the names of compound drugs in iranian medicine do notfollow a single pattern and apparently have many differences, but in practice, they are made ofsimilar components. despite the importance of this subject, there is no independent researchabout it, and this reveals the need of this study. therefore, the current research tries to collect andexamine the effective components in the naming of compound drugs.methods: in this retrospective and quantitative research, with the method of content analysis, themost important characteristics in naming compound drugs in qarābādīn-i sālihī, qarābādīn-ikabīr and qarābādīn-i aʿẓam were extracted and categorized.ethical considerations: all moral considerations, including the originality of texts in themanuscripts and also authors’ moral rights were accepted and then reflected in the study.results: the findings indicated that eight important components are involved in the naming ofdrugs: 1. drug category; 2. the main ingredient of the drug; 3. the people to whom the drug isattributed are more used than the others.conclusion: the multiplicity of naming patterns of compound drugs, which has led to confusionin the names of drugs, requires serious attention and organization.
