روش‌های درمان در چشم‌پزشکی دوره اسلامی؛ مطالعه موردی آثار رازی، عمار موصلی، زهراوی، ابن سینا و جرجانی

زمینه و هدف: مطالعه در تاریخ علوم دوره اسلامی و آگاهی از پیشرفت‌های مسلمانان در شاخه‌های متعدد علمی اهمیت به سزایی دارد. یکی از شاخه‌های مترقی علمی در دوره اسلامی چشم‌پزشکی است. در همین راستا، هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی روش‌های درمان در چشم‌پزشکی دوره اسلامی با تاکید بر روش‌های درمانی رازی، عمار موصلی، زهراوی، ابن سینا و جرجانی به عنوان برخی از پزشکان و چشم‌پزشکان برجسته این دوره است.روش: مقاله حاضر توصیفی و از روش کتابخانه‌ای استفاده‌ شده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مقاله، اصالت متن، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: روش‌های درمان بیماری‌های مختلف چشم، بسته به نوع بیماری متفاوت بوده است. در برخی بیماری‌ها تلاش می‌شده با تصحیح تغذیه و عادات رفتاری، بیماری درمان شود. در برخی بیماری‌ها از روش دارودرمانی استفاده می‌شده است. به عنوان مثال برای درمان بیماری گل‌مژه، پماد تهیه‌شده از مخلوط سکبینج استعمال می‌شده است و در برخی بیماری‌ها مانند آب‌مروارید چنانچه روش‌های تغذیه و درمان طبی درمانگر نشود، جراحی صورت می‌گرفته است.نتیجه‌گیری: درمان و جراحی بیماری‌های چشم در دوره اسلامی جدا از طب عمومی، یک رشته تخصصی محسوب می‌شد. پزشکان دوره اسلامی در مسیر شناخت و درمان بیماری‌های چشم همت فراوان گماشتند؛ تلاش آن‌ها به مطالعه و ترجمه آثار پزشکان یونانی محدود نگشت و دستاوردهایی در درمان بیماری‌های چشم، از جمله جراحی آب‌مروارید به همراه داشت.

background and aim: it is very important to study the history of sciences of the islamic periodand to know the progress of muslims in many scientific branches. ophthalmology is one of theprogressive branches of science in the islamic era. in this regard, the purpose of this article is toexamine the treatment methods in ophthalmology during the islamic period, emphasizing thetreatment methods of razi, ammar mouseli, zahravi, ebn sina and jurjani as some of theprominent doctors and ophthalmologists of this period.methods: this article is descriptive and library method is used.ethical considerations: in this article, the originality of the text, honesty and trustworthiness areobserved.results: treatment methods for different eye diseases have been different depending on the typeof disease. in some diseases, it is tried to cure the disease by correcting nutrition and behavioralhabits. in some diseases, drug treatment method has been used. for example, for the treatment ofeyelash disease, an ointment prepared from a mixture of sekbinj has been used and in somediseases, such as cataracts, if nutritional methods and medical treatment do not work, surgery hasbeen performed.conclusion: the treatment and surgery of eye diseases in the islamic period was considered aspecialized field apart from general medicine. doctors of the islamic period put a lot of effort inthe path of recognizing and treating eye diseases; their efforts were not limited to studying andtranslating the works of greek doctors and brought achievements in the treatment of eye diseasesincluding cataract surgery.
