مروری بر تاریخ اسب‌شناسی با تاکید بر چشم‌پزشکی اسب

زمینه و هدف: فرسنامه‌ها (اسب‌‌نامه‌ها) به بررسی روش تربیت و نگهداری، سلامت، انواع بیماری‌های اسب و شیوه‌های درمان این بیماری‌ها می‌پردازند. چشم به عنوان یکی از حیاتی‌ترین اندام اسب به راحتی در معرض انواع بیماری با منشا درونی یا بیرونی قرار می‌گیرد. این مقاله، مروری بر تاریخچه اسب‌شناسی با تمرکز بر بیماری‌های چشمی اسب در تاریخ دام‌پزشکی کهن می‌باشد.روش: این پژوهش بر اساس منابع کتابخانه‌ای و با روش توصیفی انجام شده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش صداقت و امانتداری در استفاده از منابع تاریخی رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: بیماری‌های چشمی اسب در طول تاریخ دام‌پزشکی همواره مورد توجه بوده و در متون تاریخی خصوصاً فرسنامه‌ها به آن اشاره شده است. اهمیت این پژوهش در این است که نگارندگان با تاکید بر متون کهن دوره اسلامی به بیماری‌هایی دست یافتند که امروزه حتی نام آن‌ها برای بسیاری نامفهوم می‌باشد و شاید یکی از دلایل آن تغییرات زبانی در حوزه تاریخ است.نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه بیماری‌های چشمی اسب در فرسنامه‌ها دریچه‌ای به دانش و روش‌های اسب‌شناسی در طول تاریخ می‌گشاید. با وجود پیشرفت‌های چشم‌گیر در این زمینه، بررسی متون کهن می‌تواند به درک عمیق‌تر ریشه‌ها و تکامل دانش اسب‌شناسی کمک کند.

background and aim: farsnameh (horse letter) is books which examine the method of trainingand maintenance, health, types of horse diseases and methods of treatment of these diseases. theeye as one of the most vital organs of the horse is easily exposed to various diseases with internalor external origin. this article is a review of equine history with an emphasis on equine eyediseases in ancient veterinary history.methods: this research was done based on library sources and descriptive method.ethical considerations: in this research, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed in theuse of historical sources.results: horse eye diseases have always been of interest throughout the history of veterinarymedicine and have been mentioned in historical texts, especially farsnamehs. the importance ofthis research is that it lies in the fact that the authors, by emphasizing the ancient texts of theislamic period, found diseases whose names are incomprehensible for many people today andperhaps one of the reasons for that are language changes in the field of history.conclusion: the study of horse eye diseases in farsnameh opens a window to the knowledgeand methods of equine science throughout history. with remarkable advances in this field,studying ancient texts can help to gain a deeper understanding of the origins and evolution ofequine knowledge.
