تحلیل محتوای کتاب «التنویر فی اصطلاحات الطب» و نقش آن در پزشکی دوره سامانی

زمینه و هدف: دوره سامانی یکی از دوره‌های اعتلای علمی و فرهنگی ایران در سده سوم و چهارم قمری بود. در این دوره اغلب علوم و دانش‌های متداول اعم از دینی، ادبی و علمی رشد و رونق چشم‌گیری پیدا نمودند که یکی از عوامل عمده آن حمایتی بود که امیران و وزیران سامانی از علما و دانشمندان داشتند. علم طب به عنوان یکی از شاخه‌های علمی که درخشش بارزی داشت، در رونق فضای علمی آن روزگار موثر بود و علاوه بر ظهور دانشمندان بسیار و خدمات متعدد آنان، آثار پزشکی زیادی نیز تالیف شد که از مشهورترین آن‌ها کتاب «التنویر فی اصطلاحات الطب» از ابومنصور القمری بخاری است. هدف از این تحقیق، تبیین و تحلیل محتوای کتاب التنویر و نقش کاربردی آن در مسائل طبی و پزشکی دوره سامانی است.روش: این نوشتار به روش تاریخی با توصیف و تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، نگاشته شده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر جنبه‌های اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: ابومنصور با نگارش کتاب التنویر به عنوان یک راهنمای جامع، اصطلاحات پزشکی را معرفی و تشریح نموده است. جامعیت اصطلاحات پزشکی برای پزشکان آن دوره و انتخاب زبان فارسی و سادگی شرح اصطلاحات، برای عموم مردم آن دوره و حتی ادوار بعدی کاربرد داشته است.نتیجه‌گیری: از سادگی و قابل فهم‌بودن کتاب التنویر چنین استنباط می‌شود که این کتاب به منظور استفاده کاربردی پزشکان مبتدی و حتی استفاده عموم نوشته شده است.

analysis of the content of al-tanvir in medical terminologybook and its role in samani period medicine

background and aim: the samani period was one of the periods of iranian scientific and culturaladvancement in the third and fourth centuries of hijri. in this period, most common sciences andknowledge, including religious, literary and scientific, had a significant growth and prosperity. one of themain factors of this growth was samani emirs and ministers’ support of scholars and scientists. medicine,as one of the branches of science that had a clear brilliance, was effective in the prosperity of the scientificenvironment of that time. in addition to the emergence of many scientists and their services, many medicalworks were also authored that he most famous of which is al-tanvir in medical terminology book byabu mansour al-qamari bukhari. the purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the content ofal-tanvir and its practical role in medical issues of samani period.methods: this article is written in a historical way by describing and analyzing data collected fromlibrary sources.ethical considerations: in the present study, the ethical aspects of library study, including the originalityof texts, honesty, and trustworthiness, have been observed.results: abu mansour has introduced and explained medical terms by writing al-tanvir as acomprehensive guide. the comprehensiveness of medical terms for the doctors of that period and thechoice of persian language and the simplicity of the description of the terms were useful for the generalpublic of that period and even later periods.conclusion: from the simplicity and comprehensibility of al-tanvir, it can be concluded that this book issuitable for the practical use of beginner doctors and even the general public.
