تحلیل محتوای اخبار و گزارش‌های بهداشتی و پزشکی منتشرشده در روزنامه گلگون همدان

زمینه و هدف: روزنامه از ابزارهای انتقال دانش، مولود مدرنیته و از دستاوردهای مشروطه است. روزنامه گلگون همدان نقش به سزایی در افزایش دانش همگانی شهروندان در دوره پهلوی اول داشت و بهداشت و مسائل پزشکی در کانون توجه آن بود. هدف از این نوشتار، بررسی اخبار و گزارش‌های بهداشتی و پزشکی منتشرشده در این روزنامه و آگاهی از اوضاع همدان آن روزگار می‌باشد.روش: این پژوهش به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به تحلیل داده‌ها و تبیین یافته‌ها پرداخته و منبع اصلی آن روزنامه گلگون و اخبار و گزارش‌های آن می‌باشد. از دیگر منابعی که با این جستار و وضع سلامت همدان در دوره پهلوی اول ارتباط داشته نیز، استفاده شده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مطالعه اصل امانتداری و صداقت رعایت گردیده است.یافته‌ها: توصیه به رعایت نکات بهداشتی، معرفی بیماری‌ها و راه درمان آن‌ها و شناخت انواع داروها و پزشکان مطرح همدان، از جمله مطالب بهداشتی و پزشکی مندرج در روزنامه گلگون است. مبارزه با خرافات و اطبای غیر مجاز، مهم‌ترین رسالت این روزنامه محسوب می‌شد که تا حدودی در نیل بدان موفق بود.نتیجه‌گیری: در دورانی که کمبود امکانات بهداشتی و پزشکی نه‌تنها در همدان، بلکه در کل کشور احساس می‌شد، گلگون توانست با چاپ مطالب متعدد خوانندگان را به اهمیت بهداشت در تعالی ملت‌ها و معضلات عدم توجه به آن آگاه سازد و اطلاعات ارزشمندی را در اختیار مخاطبان قرار دهد. انتشار این مطالب دال بر حساسیت و دغدغه گردانندگان آن نسبت به مقوله بهداشت و پزشکی و در راستای التزام به اصل «پیشگیری بهتر از درمان» بود.

analyzing the content of health and medical news and reports publishedin hamadan's golgoun newspaper

background and aim: newspaper is one of the tools of knowledge transfer, the result of modernityand one of the constitutional achievements. golgoun as one of the published local newspapers inhamadan played a significant role in increasing the knowledge of all citizens during the first pahlaviperiod. health and medical issues were the focus of this newspaper. the purpose of this article is toreview the health and medical news and reports published in this newspaper to know the situation inhamadan at that time.methods: this research analyzed the data and explained the findings in a library and descriptiveanalyticalway. its main source is golgoun newspaper and its news and reports. other sources that arerelated to this research and the health status of hamadan in the first pahlavi period have also beenused.ethical considerations: in this study, the principles of trustworthiness and honesty have beenobserved.results: among the health and medical content published in golgoun newspaper are the advice tofollow health considerations, introducing diseases and their treatment methods and knowing the typesof medicines and famous doctors of hamadan. the fight against superstitions and illegal usage wasconsidered as the most important mission of this newspaper, which was successful to some extent.conclusion: when the lack of health and medical facilities was felt not only in hamadan, but in thewhole country, golgoun was able to inform the readers about the importance of health in improvingnations and the problems of not paying attention to it by publishing numerous articles and providevaluable information to the audiences. the publication of these materials was its operators’ sensitivityand concern towards the health and medicine and in line of the commitment to the principle ofprevention is better than cure.
