رده بندی پژوهش‌های تکاملی درباره‌ی ادبیات و معرفی رویکردی تکاملی- شناختی به آن

چکیدهدر دهه‌های اخیر علوم زیستی در قالب دو جریان به جهان روایت‌ها و ادبیات پای نهاده‌اند: رویکرد تکاملی به ادبیات و رویکرد شناختی. مقاله‌ی حاضر، با ذکر اشاره‌هایی به رویکرد دوم، عمدتا به رویکرد نخست اختصاص دارد. نظریه‌های طرح شده در ادبیات تکاملی عمدتاً گرایش انسان به ادبیات را با در نظر گرفتن فرآیند تکامل انسان، سازگاری درنظر می‌گیرند؛ سازگاری‌هایی در سطوح مختلف فردی، گروهی و فرهنگی که در مقاله‌ی حاضر، ابتدا به نقد و بررسی این نظریه‌ها می‌پردازیم. نظریه‌ی ذهن گسترش‌یافته رابطه‌ی میان ذهن، بدن، جهان پیرامون را وثیق می‌داند. دعوی دیگر مقاله آن است که نظریه‌ی ذهن امتداد ‌یافته قابلیت ویژه‌ای برای تبیین ادبیات دارد. همچنین به عنوان دعوی آخر مقاله سراغ زیست‌شناسی تکاتکو می‌رود و از قابلیت‌های تبیینی آن برای تبیین نقش ادبیات در زندگی و تکامل انسان بهره می‌گیرد.

Typology of Evolutionary Approaches to Literature and interdicting an evolutionary-cognitive approach to it

In recent decades, the life sciences have come into the world of narratives and literature with two approaches: the evolutionary and the cognitive ones. The present article, with some references to the second approach, is mainly concerned with the first one. Theories developed in evolutionary paradigm mainly consider human tendency to literature as an adaptation in the process of human evolution at different individual, group, and cultural levels. These theories are criticized in the present article. Theory of extended mind holds the relationship between mind, body and the world around us very intense. Another claim is that extended mind theory has a particular capacity for explaining literature. As a final claim, the paper deals with EvoDevo biology and uses its explanatory abilities to explain the role of literature in human life and evolution.
