تدوین و روایی‌یابی بسته غنی‌سازی روابط زوجین مبتنی بر مراقبت‌گری زوجی

زمینه و هدف: روابط زوجی سالم و حمایتگرانه نقش مهمی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و سلامت روان دارد و طراحی مداخلات علمی می‌تواند به بهبود و غنی‌سازی این روابط کمک کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و روایی‌یابی بسته غنی‌سازی روابط زوجین مبتنی‌بر مراقبت‌گری زوجی انجام شد.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش، ترکیبی از نوع اکتشافی و شامل دو مرحله‌ کیفی و کمی بود. در مرحله‌ کیفی از روش داده‌بنیاد استفاده شد. در این مرحله جمعیت مورد مطالعه کلیه زوجین دارای رضایت و مراقبت‎گری زوجی ساکن شهر الیگودرز در سال 1401 بودند. 10 زوج با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته، پرسشنامه‌ مراقبت‌گری کانس و شاور (1994) و مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1982) بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از رویکرد سیستماتیک استراوس و کربین استفاده شد. در ادامه جهت تدوین بسته، بر مبنای مرور پیشینه مطالعات، بسته غنی‌سازی شامل مفاهیم و تکنیک‌های مختلف تدوین شد. به منظور بررسی روایی محتوایی بسته، 5 نفر از متخصصان حوزه روان‌شناسی و مشاوره به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند.یافته‌ها: یافته‎ها در بخش کیفی منجر به شناسایی حیطه‎های مراقبت‌گری زوجی، شرایط علی: تاریخچه زندگی و ازدواج آگاهانه، شرایط زمینه‌ای: بسترهای فردی و زوجی، شرایط مداخله‌گر: عوامل تسهیل کننده رفتاری و شناختی، راهبردهای تداوم‌بخش و ارتقاء‌بخش مراقبت، پیامدهای فردی برای مراقبت کننده و مراقبت گیرنده و پیامدهای زوجی شد. محتوای جلسات غنی‌سازی روابط زوجین در نه جلسه هفتگی به مدت 90 دقیقه تنظیم شد. شاخص روایی محتوایی 0.85 و نسبت روایی محتوا 1 به‌دست آمد.نتیجه‌گیری: بسته غنی‌سازی روابط زوجین مبتنی بر مراقبت‌گری زوجی از روایی لازم برای کاربردهای آموزشی و پژوهشی برخوردار بوده و استفاده از آن برای زوج‌ها توصیه می‌شود.

compilation and validation of couple relationship enrichment package based on couple caregiving

objective: this research aimed to develop and validate a couple relationship enrichment package based on couple caregiving.research methodology: a mixed-methods exploratory design, comprising two qualitative and quantitative phases was adopted for this study. a grounded theory approach was employed in the qualitative phase. the study population in this phase consisted of all couples with marital satisfaction and couple caregiving residing in aligudarz city in 2023. a sample of 10 couples was selected using purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was reached. the research instruments included semi-structured interviews, the caregiving questionnaire (kunce shaver, 1994), and the enrich marital satisfaction scale (1982). data analysis was conducted using strauss and corbin’s systematic approach. subsequently, an enrichment package incorporating various concepts and techniques was developed based on a review of prior research. five experts in the fields of psychology and counseling were selected through convenience sampling to assess the content validity of the package.findings: the qualitative findings led to the identification of couple caregiving domains, causal conditions: life history, conscious marriage; contextual conditions: individual and couple contexts; efficient couple relationship; intervening conditions: behavioral and cognitive facilitating factors; strategies for sustaining and improving care, and personal outcomes for the caregiver and care recipient and couple outcomes. the content of the couple relationship enrichment sessions was structured into nine weekly 90-minute sessions. the content validity index was 0/85, and the content validity ratio was 1.conclusion: the couple relationship enrichment package based on couple caregiving is valid for educational and research applications and is recommended for couples.
