   رابطه باورهای وسواسی والدین و اضطراب اجتماعی در فرزندان با میانجیگری تنظیم هیجان در دانشجویان دختر

چکیده    اضطراب اجتماعی معمولا روندی مزمن و پیوسته دارد و به میزان زیادی با دوران کودکی و خانواده در ارتباط است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه باورهای وسواسی والدین و اضطراب اجتماعی در فرزندان با میانجی گری تنظیم هیجان بود. طرح پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری 500 نفر دانشجوی دختر عضو شبکه مجازی تلگرام دانشکده روان شناسی دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران جنوب بود. نمونه آماری 600 نفر شامل 200 دانشجوی دختر و 400 نفر والدین آن‌ها بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی (مایکل لایبویتز، 1987)، توسط دانشجویان و پرسش‌نامه باورهای وسواسی (گروه کاری دریافت های شناختی در اختلال وسواس فکری عملی،2003) و فرم کوتاه پرسش نامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی، گرایچ و اسپینهاون، 2002)، توسط والدین دانشجویان تکمیل و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون های همبستگی گشتاوری پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد باورهای وسواسی والدین با راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم هیجان آن ها، و راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم هیجان والدین با اضطراب اجتماعی فرزند رابطه مثبت با سطح معنا‌داری0.05≥p داشتند.

   the relationship between parental obsessive beliefs and social anxiety in children through emotion regulation in female students

Abstract    abstractsocial anxiety has a chronic and continuous process and is highly related to childhood and family. the aim of this study was determine the relationship between parents’ obsessive beliefs and social anxiety in children with emotion regulation mediation. the research design was descriptive and correlational. the statistical population was 500 female students who were members of the telegram virtual networks of the faculty of psychology of the islamic azad university, south tehran branch. the statistical sample consisted of 600 students including 200 female students and 400 parents who were selected by voluntary sampling. the social anxiety scale (michael leibovitz, 1987) was completed by students, and the obsessive beliefs questionnaire (obsessive compulsive cognitions working group, 2003), and the short form of the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (garnefsky, gerich, spinhaven, 2002) were completed by parents. pearson torque correlation tests and path analysis were used to test the hypotheses. findings showed that parents’ obsessive beliefs with their non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies, and parents’ non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies with social anxiety in their children have a positive relationship, with a significance level of p≥0.05.
