اثربخشی درمان شفقت به خود بر معنایابی در زندگی و رضایت جنسی زنان دارای همسر معتاد در شهر مشهد

چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان شفقت به خود بر معنایابی در زندگی و رضایت جنسی زنان دارای همسر معتاد در شهر مشهد بود. روش پژوهش: از نوع نیمه آزمایشی، به شیوه پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان دارای همسر معتاد مراجعهکننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد بودند که از طریق نمونهگیری در دسترس و هدفمند 30 نفر انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی 15 نفر در گروه آزمایشی شفقت به خود و 15 نفر در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. از پرسشنامه معنای زندگی استایگر و فرایزر (2006) و رضایت جنسی یاوری کرمانی (1386) برای گردآوری دادهها در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه 120 دقیقهای آموزش درمان شفقت به خود شرکت کردند. یافتهها در تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و تک متغیره در گروه آزمایش و کنترل نشان داد که آموزش شفقت به خود در افزایش معنایابی در زندگی (p <0.01 ،12.42=f)، حضور معنا (p <0.05 ،4.25=f) و جستجوی معنا در سطح ( p <0.01 ،17.84=f) و رضایت جنسی (93.51)f در سطح (0.001>p) در زنان تاثیر معنادار داشت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که آموزش شفقت به خود، روش موثری برای افزایش معنای زندگی و رضایت جنسی در زنان دارای همسر معتاد است.

Abstract
|
The present research is aimed at investigating the effectiveness of selfcompassion focused Therapy on finding meaning in life, and sexual satisfaction in women with addicted husband in the city of Mashhad. The research was a semiexperimental study with pretestposttest design and control group. The population included all the women with addicted husbands who had referred to addiction treatment centers. 30 people were selected by purposive convenience sampling. 15 people were randomly assigned to the experimental group of selfcompassion training and 15 people were randomly assigned to the control group average. The questionnaires included Steger and Frazier’s meaning in life questionnaire (2006) used for measuring finding meaning in life, and Yavari Kermani’s sexual satisfaction questionnaire (2007) used for measuring sexual satisfaction. The mentioned questionnaires were used in two phases of pretest and posttest. The experimental group received selfcompassion training program for eight 120minute sessions. The findings of multivariate and oneway analysis of covariance in the experimental and control groups showed that the effect of selfcompassion training was in the subscales of selfcompassion training significantly increased the variables of finding meaning in life (F=12/42, P < 0/01), existence of meaning (F=4/25, p < 0/05), seeking for meaning (F=17/84), and sexual satisfaction (F=93/51, p < 0/001) in women. The results of this study suggested that selfcompassion training is an effective way of increasing the variables of finding meaning in life, and sexual satisfaction in women with addicted husbands.
