چکیده    Letter to editor: new delhi metallo‑β‑lactamase (mbl)‑1 (ndm‑1) gene was first detected in extensively drug‑resistant (xdr) klebsiella pneumoniae from a swedish patient of indian origin. thereafter, ndm‑1 emerged as a leading threat to the treatment of infections caused by enterobacteriaceae.
