میزان حساسیت سامانه های گرایش و بازداری رفتار در افراد مصرف کننده مواد محرک، مخدر و افراد سالم

زمینه و هدف: سوء مصرف مواد مخدر یکی از بحران های اجتماعی کشور می باشد. اخیراً الگوی مصرف در ایران به میزان زیادی تغییر یافته است و سوءمصرف کنندگان مواد خصوصا نسل جوان در پی تجربه مواد جدیدی مانند مت آمفتامین و کراک هستند. پژوهش حاضر بررسی سطح سامانه گرایش و بازداری رفتاری به عنوان یک عامل سبب ساز احتمالی در گرایش به سوء مصرف مواد می باشد.مواد و روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع موردشاهدی می باشد. نمونه های این تحقیق شامل 110 نفر مرد 20 تا 45 سال بودند که به سه گروه سالم، مصرف کننده مواد مخدر و مواد محرک تقسیم شدند، انتخاب نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس بود. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه bas/bis گردآوری شد. این مقیاس شامل 20 پرسش خود گزارشی و دو زیرمقیاس است: زیر مقیاس bis و bas که به ترتیب شامل هفت آیتم و سیزده آیتم می باشد. تفاوت میان سطح سیستم فعالیت رفتاری(bas) و سطح سیستم بازداری رفتاری (bis) در سه گروه بررسی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با کمک spss18 به روش تحلیل واریانس یک راهه و آزمون تعقیبی انجام شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که سطحbas در مصرف کنندگان مواد محرک نسبت به دو گروه دیگر بالاتر است. همچنین بین سطح bas مصرف کنندگان مواد محرک و مواد مخدر تفاوت معنا دار وجود داشت. اما بین سطح bis گروه مصرف کننده مخدر و مصرف کننده مواد محرک تفاوتی دیده نشد.نتیجه گیری: افراد مصرف کننده مواد محرک نسبت به مصرف کنندگان مواد مخدر و سالمbas حساس تری دارند و این امر آنها را به رفتارهای گرایشی مستعد تر می کند.

The Sensitivity Level of Behavioral Activation System and Behavioral Inhibition System of Opioid dependent sample, methamphetamine dependent sample and non-abusers

Background and Objective: drug abuse is of social concerns in Iran. During past years, Iranians consumption style has been changed. Many of drug abusers are teenagers especially in terms of new drugs such as methhetamine and crack. The purpose of this study is to examine sensitivity level of behavioral approach system (BAS) and behavioral inhibition system (BIS) as a probable effective factor on tendency toward abusing drugs.Materials and Methods: the present study is a comparative and a causeeffect research. The study sle included 110 men aged 20 to 45 years. This sle consists of drug abusers, irritating drugs abusers, and normal people. The sle members have been selected through convenience sling method. Data were collected via a BAS/BIS questionnaire which consisted of twenty selfreport questionnaire and two subscales, subscales BIS and BAS. The difference between the level of BAS and the BIS were studied in three groups. Data were analyzed with Spss Version 18 method ANOVA was performed.Results: the findings of this study revealed that BAS of methhetamine abusers is higher than other groups. Another part of the findings of this study revealed that there is not any significant difference between BAS among methhetamine and drug abusers. Finally, any significant difference has not observed among three groups of drug abusers, irritating drugs abusers, and normal people in terms of BIS.Conclusions: based on the results of this study it can be said that irritating drug abusers have sensitive BIS than drug users and normal people. This is the main factor that tends abusers toward approach behaviors.Keywords: drug abusing, Behavioral Inhibition System, Behavioral Approach System
