فرمولاسیون کرم مرطوب‌کننده حاوی کلاژن و روغن آرگان و بررسی اثر مرطوب‌کنندگی آن به روش درون‌تنی

مقدمه: روغن‌های طبیعی ازجمله روغن آرگان از موادی هستند که برای مرطوب‌کنندگی پوست استفاده می‌شوند. کلاژن نیز از پروتئین‌های بدن است که نقش مهمی در ساختار پوست ایفا می‌کند. از این رو، در این مطالعه، اثر مرطوب‌کنندگی کرم حاوی کلاژن و روغن آرگان بررسی شد.روش کار: با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری design expert، 13 فرمولاسیون طراحی و سنتز شد. تست‌های پخش‌پذیری و ویسکوزیته به‌عنوان پاسخ، ارائه و فرمولاسیون بهینه انتخاب شد. آزمایش‌های کنترل فیزیکوشیمیایی نظیر یکنواختی فرآورده‌ها، تغییرات دمایی، پایداری در برابر نیروی گریز از مرکز، بررسی فرمولاسیون از نظر عدم ایجاد کرمینگ و کوالسانس و در پایان، اندازه‌گیری ph فرمولاسیون‌ها انجام و اثر مرطوب‌کنندگی آن بررسی شد.یافته‌ها: کرم حاوی 5 درصد کلاژن و روغن آرگان، به‌عنوان فرمولاسیون بهینه انتخاب شد. فاکتور مسدودکنندگی کرم حاوی کلاژن و روغن آرگان، 48 ساعت پس از مطالعه بیشتر از کنترل منفی بود (0.05>p). میزان هیدراتاسیون کرم حاوی کلاژن و روغن آرگان روی پوست دست، 5 ساعت پس از مطالعه بیشتر از کنترل منفی بود (0.05>p). فرمولاسیون بهینه پایداری خوبی در برابر آزمایش‌های کنترل فیزیکوشیمیایی از خود نشان داد.نتیجه‌گیری: کرم مرطوب‌کننده حاوی کلاژن و روغن آرگان اثر مرطوب‌کنندگی بیشتری در مقایسه با کرم بدون کلاژن و روغن آرگان دارد و هیداراتاسیون پوست را افزایش می‌دهد.

formulation of moisturizing cream containing collagen and argan oil: an in vivo evaluation

introduction: natural oils, including argan oil, are used to moisturize the skin. collagen is one of the body’s proteins that plays an important role in the structure of the skin. therefore, in this study, the moisturizing effect of creams containing collagen and argan oil was studied.method: using design expert statistical software, 13 formulations were designed and synthesized. they were evaluated for spreadability and viscosity, and the optimized formulation was selected. the formulations underwent physicochemical control experiments, such as uniformity of products, thermal stress, centrifugal force resistance, and ph measurements. the moisturizing effect was investigated with in-vitro and in-vivo studies.results: cream containing 5% collagen and 5% argan oil was selected as the optimal formulation. the blocking factor of the cream containing collagen and argan oil was higher than the negative control 48 h after the study (p<0.05). the amount of hydration of the cream containing collagen and argan oil on the skin of the hand was higher than the negative control 5 h after the study (p<0.05). the optimal formulation showed good stability against physicochemical control experiments.conclusion: moisturizing cream containing collagen and argan oil had a more moisturizing effect than cream without collagen and argan oil and increased skin hydration
