رابطه والد فرزندی نوجوانان در قرنطینه ناشی از کووید 19 درخراسان بزرگ

مقدمه: شیوع گسترده کروناویروس 2019 سلامت عمومی جهان را به چالش کشیده است. با توجه به تاثیرات احتمالی قرنطینه بر روابط افراد در خانواده و اهمیت دوره نوجوانی، مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه والد فرزندی نوجوانان در قرنطینه کووید 19 انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی، برروی 201 نفر از نوجوانان خراسان بزرگ، در سال 1399 انجام گرفت. شرکت کنندگان با توجه به معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه ارزیابی رابطه والد فرزندی (pcrs) استفاده شد؛ که با توجه به شرایط موجود از روش مجازی (ثبت در ربات پرس لاین)، جهت تکمیل آن‌ها انتخاب شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss نسخه 23، میانگین و انحراف معیار و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی، تی‌مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه) استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: بیشتر واحدهای پژوهش دختر (68.2%) بودند. میانگین سنی آزمودنی‌ها، 1.968 ± 15.58 سال، میانگین سنی پدر و مادر آزمودنی‌ها به ترتیب 7.09 ± 46.60 و 6.26 ± 41.99 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد که نمرات مادر فرزندی نسبت به گذشته افزایش یافته است؛ در حالی که نمرات پدر فرزندی تغییری نداشته است. همچنین دو زیرمقیاس احساسات‌مثبت و ارتباطات در رابطه مادر فرزندی نسبت به گذشته بیشتر گزارش شد؛ نتایج تی مستقل نشان داد که این دو زیرمقیاس با جنسیت رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری دارد (0.05 > p).نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه والد فرزندی در دوران شیوع کووید 19 در اکثر حیطه‌ها تغییری نداشته است.؛ با این حال آموزش‌های موثر و کافی جهت بهبود رابطه والد فرزندی بویژه در دوران قرنطینه، به دلیل محدود شدن ارتباطات اجتماعی و نقش چشمگیر محدودیت‌ها در تکامل روانشناختی نوجوانی، بسیار ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

The Parent Child Relationship of Adolescents in the Quarantine of COVID 19 in Greater Khorasan

Introduction: The widespread outbreak of coronavirus 2019 has challenged the general health of the world. Considering the possible effects of quarantine on family relationships and the importance of adolescence, this study was conducted to investigate the parent child relationship of adolescents in quarantine caused by COVID 19 in 2020.Methods: This cross sectional study was performed on 201 adolescents Greater Khorasan in 2020. Participants were randomly selected according to the inclusion criteria. Demographic information form and parent child relationship assessment questionnaire (PCRS) were used to collect data; According to the existing conditions and changing the items of the questionnaire, the virtual method (registration in the porslinerobot) was used to complete it. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 23, Mean & SD and statistical tests of Pearson correlation coefficient and one way analysis of variance.Results: Most of the research units were female (68.2%). The mean ±SD age of the subjects was 15.58±.1.968. The mean ±SD of Father and mother’s was097.7±.60.46 and 269.6±.99.41. The results showed that mother child scores have increased compared to the past; While the father son scores have not changed. Also, the two subscales of positive emotions and communication of the mother child relationship were reported more than in the past; The results of independent t test showed that these two subscales have a direct and significant relationship with gender (P < 0.05).Conclusions: The results showed that in most areas, the parent child relationship during the Covid outbreak was not different; However, effective and sufficient education to improve the parent child relationship, especially during the quarantine period, is very necessary due to the limitation of social communication and the significant role of limitations in the psychological development of adolescence.
